"These guys were simply awesome. I called them in a panic cause I had 1 day before moving into my new house and needed help. They were there the very next day to hang blinds, and put together a few things I needed. It was a life saver for me and my husband to have a few less projects off our plate. They were respectful of my home and explained ever detail. I will definitely call them again and highly recommend them. I'm a very happy customer!"

"This job completely exceeded my expectations. From the quoting process, the planning, the start of the job, the duration and completion. Rick is by far very honest, meticulous, punctual, easy going and respectful of others' property. Most of all, his work is beautiful! I also asked him for additional small items to add to the project and he was very accommodating and happy to do it. Rick gives contractors a good name! I will use his services for other remodeling projects in the future and would recommend him to anyone!!!"

"We were very happy with the service from Andrew and AB Graham contracting. Andrew is extremely responsive and reliable. On the day Andrew was to come over our house to give an estimate, there was a big snowstorm and we did not expect him to come that evening. But he came and reviewed what was needed to be done and he explained in great detail the options and the pluses and minuses for each option, despite the trouble he had to get to our home in the snow. We felt very comfortable with him. He made excellent suggestions which made sense and were cost-effective. Andrew and his co-workers did a fantastic job, which included painting and re-flooring the laundry room and putting up new dry wall in the garage. We were also impressed by the following facts: eg, Andrew had fixed some "extra" small problems that he discovered during his contracted repair work; in addition, he tried to use the best material for the work within the price range. He and his coworkers were all very friendly and we had no issues at all. We highly recommend AB Graham contracting"

"Great! He was a great repair person, even more amazing with our kids, and then sought out extra work and fixed little things that were annoying us for years but didn't even know could be fixed. A great experience all around!"

FAQs for handyman service projects in Dublin, PA

Winterizing shields your home’s structure and key systems from snow, ice, and freezing temperatures. By sealing drafts and tuning up heaters, you cut energy waste, extend the life of appliances and windows, and avoid surprise repair bills. A small up-front investment keeps rooms cozy and protects the value of your biggest asset all winter long.

Yes, it’s important to prepare your sprinkler system for the winter. Blowing out the lines and insulating above-ground parts keeps valves and pipes from splitting when temperatures drop. A quick winterization visit costs far less than repairing burst components in spring, and it ensures your lawn--and your wallet--stay in good shape once the thaw hits.

A full home winterization plan goes beyond sealing windows and pipes. You might schedule a home energy audit, cover outdoor furniture, service the snowblower, swap smoke-detector batteries, add outlet gaskets, and hang storm doors. Each step beefs up your home’s protection, cuts drafts, and lowers the chance of costly cold-weather damage.
