"We had quite a few sections of siding, fascia, and a short section of gutter that came off during a rough winter storm. I contacted a few local companies and none of them would do the work unless it was a total replacement. Summit came out and assessed the issue and a few days later were back out to do the repair work. This wasn't amateur hour, they did a teardown/reinstall of sections on the sides of the house where the siding came off and it has held through worse storms since. Same with the gutter, chimney flashing, and fascia - all better than when the house was built. Excellent work, highly recommended!"

The workers showed up on time and always cleaned up at the end of their work day. If we had any questions or concerns, Mr. Daly would respond to us as soon as possible. He also kept us up-to-date on any additional cost and would explain the price change. The crew did a wonderful job with the stucco repairs and our exterior improved vastly. "Matt was really reasonable with pricing and had his guys came out to start the job within 1-2 days after we agree to use them to remove a large tree and all the shrubs and bushes surrounding our home. The tree and bushes were removed within 1-2 days but the remainder of the stumps and grinding and plants/shrubs drag out a week or more... their grind was down so that wasn t their fault. And when I followed up he did reply with an ETA and eventually the job was done over a course of several different days within 1-2 weeks. We would still use them again as they did a good job."

This was a small job and I was pleased to have Gregory work it into his schedule. Both repairs required a 40' ladder as they were about 2 1/2 to 3 stories up. Given the work required and the height, I thought it was a fair price."
