"Process went well, as expected with an older house there were unexpected issues that surfaced. Contractor was very clear when issues were discovered, providing solutions and recommendations. He was open to my suggestions and we compromised easily on all issues to stay within project. Contractor and I communicated openly and very often on progress so expectations were always in check. Contractor was easily available via text and phone. He was visible on the job site. M2 Construction crew members were very polite and pleasant. They worked to keep the job site cleaned up and were on time.
