"The representative was late, but I really wasn't bothered by that because my day was flexible. They did call and let me know he would be late and I said that was OK. They seem like a good company, but the style of the product just wasn't what I was looking for. The representative was nice enough, but talked over me a little too much, didn't really listen to what I said I wanted, and kept asking, "Does that make sense?" I understand that he was trying to make sure I understood what he was saying, but it got annoying after the 10th or 15th time. He was a very nice guy and shared lots of info, but annoyed me a little bit."

The windows were exactly what I was looking for and fitting them was a breeze. He sent me the estimate the next day and it wound up being the lowest price of all the estimates, with the coupon on his Angie's List site. He didn't have the fancy brochure that another company left because he focuses on gutters, which is what I needed. After reading all the "A" reviews, I decided to hire him. <br /> Holy Cow!
