"This is the second time we have hired 3G’s Construction to do renovations on our home. A few years ago they redid our master bathroom. They did such a good job we hired them to do the remodeling of our kitchen and guest bathroom. Richard Gould was a pleasure to work with. He listened to what we wanted and made helpful suggestions. He stuck to his estimates. Any time something unexpected came up (like some rotting support beams) he let us know right away and told us what our options were and how much it would cost. Any times issues came up they were very responsive took care of them quickly. His crew (family members) were very nice and respectful, and kept things clean. His brother Steve did very nice work and was very easy to talk to. Their subcontractors (plumbers, painters, electricians etc.) were good. And Rich kept an eye on their work and schedule. They take a lot of pride in their work and it shows. Everything looks great. It is nice to have contractors you can trust and I would highly recommend them. We have recommended them to our friends."

I had a very small, dingy, claustrophobic shower (32" x32") in a very cramped bathroom (6' x 6') that was in desperate need of replacement. PBR took the time to understand my needs and the restrictions of the room and transformed the area. PBR coordinated all details of the project from getting permits, to delivery of materials, and to scheduling the plumbers, floor installers, and electrician. They were able to take an empty space in my bathroom and create a plan for a shower that would fit in that space. I especially liked how I was able to see and feel some of the components they were going to use, let me pick the colors I needed and showed me pictures of how my new shower would look went it was done. We went to the Bay State Bath showroom, as like so many others, we saw all the commercials, so we wanted to check them out. We actually met Jennifer Bylo while there, and we arranged for a home visit by Mike Doucie. Mike was excellent and professional, and friendly in his approach with us, and listened to our thoughts and provided many suggestions. He drafted a proposal and a layout for us. We then went back up to the showroom to really examine the products. We were sold. The team that arrived were super friendly, efficient, professional and easy to have in the house. We couldn't be more pleased with the finished product, and are so happy with the way the new shower features blend in with the existing flooring and cabinetry.
