"I called Ben for an estimate to replace our existing front steps. Ben said he would come by that evening, which he did. He was very thorough in going over what needed to be done, and he explained in detail what he felt was the best way to go about the job. His price was very reasonable and I felt comfortable with the whole process so I called him the next day and told him I would like him to do the job. Ben told me when he would start and finish. He showed up exactly as he said and started the job. He showed us different bricks to choose from, and started the job as scheduled.
