"Wander and his guys did a very sloppy job with the painting of the interior of our house. Everywhere I go there are parts I need to paint again myself because he either hadn't sanded the wall properly, completed the two coats, or even brushed properly (so you see the brush strokes). To make matters worse, I asked him at the beginning of the work if he knew anyone that could refinish our floors, and he said he could do it. He did an absolute disastrous job to say the least, to the point where I had to get rid of him halfway through the project and still paid him 3k for his "service". I ended up paying someone 6k to fix what he had done... If you ask my advice, you're already spending a lot of money for whatever job you want done. Add a bit more to whatever Wander tells you and go for someone who will at least put a smile on your face when the job is done and not wondering how to fix what he has done."

"Sign contract April 4th 2025 was told would take two to three weeks this job was removing pressure treated and replacing with composite material we picked out samples from local building material outlet and showed so-called supervisor what we wanted was told he would be ordering them funny thing where we got the samples all items were in stock at least a week delay items had to be special ordered what we were told another special order for the railings another week delay called or message several times to correct mistakes July 4th is just around the corner job is still not complete"

Minor carpentry (above and beyond expectations), thorough power-washing, scraping, priming (oil) and top coating (Sherwin Williams Duration latex), and meticulous clean-up. Both parts of the ambitious two-part project (front of the barn (rustic red) & street-facing side of the house (extreme white) + painting and hanging 13 solid wood shutters-satin black); driveway-facing side of the house that required covering many windows) + painting the front door were completed in just four days. As an unexpected but highly welcome bonus, Tony had Nelci and Milton paint the front porch decking. I solicited quotes from five contractors and my wife and I are more than delighted with the flawless result. We will hire the exceptional Gold Painting crew again in the Spring for additional carpentry and paint work. I look forward to working with them again!"
