"The men that came were so kind and did a great job and cleaned everything up. So very polite."

"Mass Stump & Tree Removal surpassed my expectation of tree removal service. They were very careful on how they removed the trees and cleaned up everything. You would never know that they were even in my yard. If you are looking to have trees removed this is hands down the best crew. I would definitely use them again. Owner and employees were excellent to work with. Fast to get us quoted and scheduled. I will definitely hire them again for all my tree removal needs. Overall these guys are 5 out of 5 stars."

"Joel Bonenfant and crew took down a tree that was 50-60 feet tall in my small back yard. It was a big job and they had no trouble at all. The tree was down in an hour. They had the tree cut up and limbed in another hour. I was very satisfied with the work they did. They were very professional, safe, and timely in getting the job done. I will be hiring them again as I have another tree to cut down. I strongly recommend this company."

"A number of high and large branches/limbs needed to be removed from 3 trees. Team sent by New England Tree Masters was professional and left the work site in perfect condition. One tree was not accessible using bucket truck. Amazed at skill and concentration of person who climbs into tree to access and saws off the limb/branches. Also removed a number of dead branches which we appreciate. No damage to surrounding bushes, etc. as larger branches/sections removed and/or lowered to the ground."

"I was very satisfied with their work and have used them for years."

"VJS did a great great job removing several large trees and trimming branches over our roof. Elias was very reliable and followed through on everything. They provided certificates of insurance as well. Highly recommended!"

"Josh and his partner, Joel, were absolutely terrific and would recommend to anyone seeking tree service in the Central Mass area. We hired them to cut down two trees in a challenging spot between our home and our neighbors property. They provided us a favorable quote relative to other companies we reached out to in the area and were extremely personable and communicative in terms of available dates which allowed for a smooth project. Within days of the quote, Josh and Joel were onsite and were able to successfully cut the two large trees in roughly 2 to 2.5 hours which is notable given the size of the trees and unique location on our property. We intend to hire them for future tree projects around our property going forward."

"D&D were very prompt and professional"

"Tommy's crew was quick and efficient. Nice people too. Cut limbs into sections while avoiding damage (in my limited space) to my home and yard. Well done."

"We have seen the trucks for Keith's Tree Company for a long time. When we moved into our new home, it was the first company that came to mind for help with our trees. We had large tree branches over our house, trees too close to our house, as well as "sick" trees if that makes sense. Many trees were just looking dangerous to us city folks. This work was done in early September 2016. We have many very large trees removed among other things. This company was completely professional and everything went smoothly. We would most definitely use Keith's company again. We couldn't ask for better service. Great work!!!"
