We had a very intricate fence built in 2008, but due to our neighbor replacing our joint fence, we needed to rebuild our side of the fence. Parker understood what we needed and executed a terrific job replicating what we had before. It was no simple task. We had to make adjustments along the way, and Parker was always helpful and very easy to work with. He is skillful and very dedicated in completing the project. "I hired Maendel Construction to do several projects for me. They rebuilt my deck from the ground up. They installed handrails for m front stairs. They also did several repairs such as reinstalling the gutter, replacing damaged facia board, repairing handrails of the porch and the deck, repairing the front stairs, and replacing porch support posts. As you can see I hired them to do several jobs. They are very reliable, they keep their schedule and complete the job on time. Connor, the owner of the company, comes to the site and looks at it before giving estimates as opposed to estimates based on photos which often require revision after the workers come to the site. Connor is personable, open to suggestions and easy to work with. His workers are very diligent and skilled. I will hire them for my future projects too."

"From start to finish First Fence was responsive & clear. They walked the property to discuss what we wanted. Made some suggestions for a better outcome, then sent an agreement with all of the details for us to sign. We paid a deposit in order to secure our time on their schedule, then paid the balance after the fence was installed. They also removed & discarded the old fence. All completed in one day. I really want to give 4.5 stars. A half star off for the length of time it took for them to come back and replace/adjust the gate, as the wood warped and it wouldn’t open. That took a month. All fixed now."
