"The team exceeded our expectations. They showed up in a timely manner, were courteous and had the job done within the hour. They use professional equipment and added free deodorizer to our carpets. My oriental rug looks like it came out of the store. Due to our pets we had some tough stains but with superior fabric cleaners, non of the stains survived. My carpets is clean, fresh and ready for the next person to move in. Highly recommend this company."

"It went very well.  I have used Elite for past several years.  It is easy to make appointment.  Sometimes I've had to leave a message and call back was always received within a day.  They consistently show up on time as scheduled.  Entire staff is professional and knowledgeable.  Carpets are thoroughly cleaned and fresh.  Work is completed timely."

"It was done very well. I have HEW steam clean my carpets every year before Thanksgiving. I know they are sanitized and all the coffee and wine spots are gone. They look so much better, and he gives us plastic booties to wear if we need to walk on them the first several hours."

"They had excellent customer service. My carpets were spotless when they were done. I recommend these guys for all of your carpet cleaning needs."

"I called on a Wednesday and they were able to show up the following Monday. I was not able to be home due to work obligations so they cleaned my upstairs carpets thoroughly and quickly and then took an 8x10 rug with them to clean and return. I was sent texts and pictures of progress during the service. The rug was returned 10 days later looking brand new. They were thorough, quick, polite, and flexible. Will use Bermon again for next carpet cleaning."
