"I can’t tell you how pleased I am with my experience with Premier Roofing - from the initial phone call to inquire about an estimate, to meeting with Ricardo regarding the pricing for a 50 year roof, material to be used, scheduling a day for the install, to the work crew installing the new roof and finally with meeting with a Premier rep to insure the work done was as contracted - even the status calls and follow on calls from Samantha (she was really professional, friendly, and knowledgeable of the work being done - super employee!!!!!) I have to say this project was the best experience I’ve ever had with a home construction/repair company. Everything Ricardo and I discussed and I contracted for was completed on or ahead of schedule and without any problems or issues. The quality of the work is of the highest caliber, the install crew was well prepared for every facet of installation including the often overlooked site cleanup. Nothing was left out - including a very comprehensive sweep of my entire property for screws, nails, sharp metal objects with their “magnetic rakes”. I highly recommend Premier (Roofing) to any homeowner looking for a new roof, at a great price and installed exactly as specified. The entire company is one I feel is truly the best because each employee absolutely cares about and are proud of the high quality of work they do. "When you meet the President, Mark Collins, you immediately know this is a decent guy. He's not a salesman; he will not try to talk you into anything, especially something expensive. He will explain your options and he will help you see pros and cons, but never pushes you toward a particular thing or "upgrade." He's extremely responsive. He follows up on the job, even after it's completed, to make sure everything went well and the area is clean of debris. The crew is conscientious and respectful. With A&M Roofing we got a trustworthy company, fair pricing, responsiveness, flexibility, and a great roof. They even had to work around or attic fan and solar battery. "The entire project from first meeting with Bill Marshall the owner of Signature and on site supervisor, to the end of the project, which was completed yesterday 8/12/2020, was very well done and met our fondest hopes. This is a first class roofer! They were always on time. The site was cleaned as they went. Our extensive plantings were not disturbed. Bill's suggestions always improved the appearance or functionality of the roof / gutter system. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work and the appearance of the result. "I checked lots of reviews from various companies before choosing Roofer911. Steve came out and provided an estimate for a new Roof, Gutters, and Fascia boards spanning the front and rear of the home. I wanted the Fascia boards completely replaced with pvc composite. Unlike other contractors, Roofer911 didn't need or want a large deposit. Steve said that I would write him a check when I was completely satisfied with the installation. His estimate was very competitive, and I had others that were thousands higher. Young, the scheduler, was great to work with and extremely professional and responsive. The roofing team was meticulous in checking and replacing all damaged roof boards, very impressive. They even painted my ugly flu a nice black to go with the Pewter Grey roof. I did have a couple of questions when the gutter team was on-site and I contacted Steve. Steve answered right away and resolved the issue with the team leader immediately. Steve was on-site for the start of the project and always available by phone. The roof and gutters look great!"

"A neighbor mentioned that they had experienced a leak in their bedroom ceiling and when they checked it out, the roof was in fact leaking. He had an inspector come out and they discovered hail damage. My home is of similar age and the roofing material identical so I decided to have my roof inspected. I used Affordable Quality Roofing, since my daughter used their company for siding damage to her home from a storm last year. There were complications due to matching materials no longer being available and they worked diligently with her insurance to find a solution and give her beautiful results. I checked the reviews on Angie’s List etc. and they got great reviews on roofing as well so I gave them a call. Larry came out for a free roof inspection and told us we had significant hail damage too! We were shocked because one would think that a 30-year roof could withstand the storms we get here and ours was only about 12 years old. I proceeded to contact my insurance company and open a claim. They keep storm records and we did indeed have sizable hail in May of last year. They were very careful due to Covid-19 and wore masks or socially distanced while the work was being performed. Larry made a point of being here to meet with the insurance adjuster and inspector to make sure all damage was evaluated. He was the face of the company and handled all contract, payment and punch list items after the install. It was nice to deal with the same person start to finish, like your satisfaction really mattered to this company. I believe it would be in everyone’s best interest to schedule a FREE inspection with Affordable Quality Roofing because they are Honest (NO pressure and will tell you if you have damage before you make a claim with your insurance company), Reliable (always showing up exactly when they said they would), and Efficient (work was done quickly and my yard was left as if they had never been here)."

"The initial contact back took a little longer than expected, but Lewis was quite friendly. The son was no less friendly, and had a great sense of humor. They evaluated my roof and noted that it needed a full replacement, I didn't disagree; however, because of on going renovations, I couldn't afford a completely new roof. I asked for something that would last me 2-3 years, and they didn't hesitate or try to pressure into an upsell. I'll be going back to them when I need that roof replacement."

"It went well. A full crew of roofers came out and were able to both remove the previous roof shingles and install the new ones all on the same day. Then Carlos with an assistant or two followed up the roofers and replaced the entire gutter system, as well as providing screens for the gutters. All the work was performed in a timely manner, and all the debris from the roof and gutter replacement was gathered and removed. The new roof and gutters look great! We will continue to call on Metro Home Improvement services for our home maintenance and improvement needs."

"When I called the company, I was greeted by a very friendly and enthusiastic voice. She asked all the right questions concerning my roofing problem so when her husband came to my house to give me a true assessment and cost he would have the necessary tools/resources immediately available to make the repair without having to schedule another appointment, if practical. A date and time was set for him to look at my issue. He came exactly as promised. He was well versed in his knowledge of roofing repair and insulation. He was extremely friendly and willing to answer all my questions. Although the work was unable to be done immediately, he advised in writing of what work was to be done, gave me what I considered a fair price (my home is two stories with a very steep pitch) and a time when he could get to my job. I accepted the terms and he honored all his commitments. Had a huge rain-wind storm shortly after repair was completed and no leak. I am completely satisfied."
