"I can’t tell you how pleased I am with my experience with Premier Roofing - from the initial phone call to inquire about an estimate, to meeting with Ricardo regarding the pricing for a 50 year roof, material to be used, scheduling a day for the install, to the work crew installing the new roof and finally with meeting with a Premier rep to insure the work done was as contracted - even the status calls and follow on calls from Samantha (she was really professional, friendly, and knowledgeable of the work being done - super employee!!!!!) I have to say this project was the best experience I’ve ever had with a home construction/repair company. Everything Ricardo and I discussed and I contracted for was completed on or ahead of schedule and without any problems or issues. The quality of the work is of the highest caliber, the install crew was well prepared for every facet of installation including the often overlooked site cleanup. Nothing was left out - including a very comprehensive sweep of my entire property for screws, nails, sharp metal objects with their “magnetic rakes”. I highly recommend Premier (Roofing) to any homeowner looking for a new roof, at a great price and installed exactly as specified. The entire company is one I feel is truly the best because each employee absolutely cares about and are proud of the high quality of work they do. "A&M Roofing were great. Dave was diligent and patient in his approach to getting our roof and Portico replaced. He responded to multiple callbacks (representation with insurance company, initiated by me) and after about 3 months of waiting, was able to get the roof work done in a couple of weeks. For the portico, the only surprise was that once work began, i was told that railings need to be removed for them to do the work. That was additional cost that i had not anticipated (had to get a handyman to do it) Overall, i would recommend them to anyone getting any roofing related work. Thanks to them again."

"The entire project from first meeting with Bill Marshall the owner of Signature and on site supervisor, to the end of the project, which was completed yesterday 8/12/2020, was very well done and met our fondest hopes. This is a first class roofer! They were always on time. The site was cleaned as they went. Our extensive plantings were not disturbed. "I checked lots of reviews from various companies before choosing Roofer911. Steve came out and provided an estimate for a new Roof, Gutters, and Fascia boards spanning the front and rear of the home. I wanted the Fascia boards completely replaced with pvc composite. Unlike other contractors, Roofer911 didn't need or want a large deposit. Steve said that I would write him a check when I was completely satisfied with the installation. His estimate was very competitive, and I had others that were thousands higher. Young, the scheduler, was great to work with and extremely professional and responsive. The roofing team was meticulous in checking and replacing all damaged roof boards, very impressive. They even painted my ugly flu a nice black to go with the Pewter Grey roof. I did have a couple of questions when the gutter team was on-site and I contacted Steve. Steve answered right away and resolved the issue with the team leader immediately. Steve was on-site for the start of the project and always available by phone. The roof and gutters look great!"

"Our experience has been the best possible. My wife and I could not recommend them more highly. We were originally referred by a housing contractor who did major revisions to our house in 2008. He has worked with Affordable for many years. We used Affordable originally for some relatively minor roof repairs and were very satisfied. They made no attempt to upsell us to additional work or full roof replacement, and their costs were very reasonable. So when our chimney was hit by lightning last year, also damaging our roof, we naturally called them first. They offered us the option of just repairing the roof or replacing it. Since our roof was over 20 years old, we chose replacement. The job was done on-time and within the very reasonable price that they had quoted us, with no surprise addons. Their staff, both office and onsite, are very helpful, informative, respectful and personable. The onsite staff worked efficiently, without interrupting us at all, and did a truly excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. "The initial contact back took a little longer than expected, but Lewis was quite friendly. The son was no less friendly, and had a great sense of humor. They evaluated my roof and noted that it needed a full replacement, I didn't disagree; however, because of on going renovations, I couldn't afford a completely new roof. I asked for something that would last me 2-3 years, and they didn't hesitate or try to pressure into an upsell. I'll be going back to them when I need that roof replacement."

She asked all the right questions concerning my roofing problem so when her husband came to my house to give me a true assessment and cost he would have the necessary tools/resources immediately available to make the repair without having to schedule another appointment, if practical. A date and time was set for him to look at my issue. He came exactly as promised. He was well versed in his knowledge of roofing repair and insulation. He was extremely friendly and willing to answer all my questions. Although the work was unable to be done immediately, he advised in writing of what work was to be done, gave me what I considered a fair price (my home is two stories with a very steep pitch) and a time when he could get to my job. I accepted the terms and he honored all his commitments. Had a huge rain-wind storm shortly after repair was completed and no leak. I am completely satisfied."
