"Travis was professional, good, and gave us honest evaluation of the roof. We will hire him and Mello for our deck in the spring if the price is right."

"Had Springfield put new shingles and gutters on my home. It was all done and finished in a day"

"The staff kept me informed of every detail. Once the crew started working there was someone there to supervise the entire process and make sure things ran smoothly. I was particularly impressed that they were so honest about what needed to be done - saying my garage didn't need a new roof at this time - I had both done so they would match. Several months later when I had a small problem they were very responsive and came right out and took care of it. I would recommend them to anyone, and am planning on having a skylight installed this spring!

"He will respond to your call the same day and will repair it very fast. He's also very professional, customer friendly, and very knowledgeable on roof repairs. It would have been nice if he took credit cards and I would advise him to leave receipts. Great service thanks!!!"

"I was super impressed with the whole process they made it really simple from the initial inspection, to picking out the shingles and scheduling getting the roof done it was all a quick and easy process!!!"

"I thought Presidential did a good job replacing my roof. I thought the pricing was fair and the job was done from first contact with the company to finish in ~1 month. I would use them for home repair services again."

"The young man that came to see my missing shingles on my roof, was professional, informed, and polite. The only issue was that the company does NOT conduct repair as I needed. The company only replaces the entire roof. I am glad he came and advised about replacing the roof if we decide to do that and decide that we can afford it. Right now I need to repair the missing shingles. and he/ his company can not help me."

"Brian was great with communication. The team were professional and did a great job on my roof. I was very pleased with the outcome. The price was right!"

"The SJR team was timely and professional throughout the entire process, helping to replace our storm damaged asphalt shingle roof last month, April 2024. After a near year long process with our insurance carrier and empty lip service from a local competitor, it was lucky happenstance SJR came across our doorstep at exactly the right time. Everyone heard out our situation, made phone/email/house calls as scheduled and always on time, and within about 1.5-month from meeting absolutely crushed our 30+ SQ re-roof in just 1-day. Huge thanks for SJR's tremendous effort, hard work, and dedication to high-quality customer service...it's unfortunate "customer first" companies like SJR are a dying breed among corporate sellouts."
