We had not heard of LFO, so were a little suspicious when they said they could install in 3 weeks (other fence companies were quoting 7-9 weeks; one never even called back). Sure enough, the showed on right on the appointed day with an expert and professional team. Sean, the owner, went out of his way to point out repair needs in our existing fence. He also gave us great advice along the way to help make our finished product perfect. Sean came by frequently throughout installation days to make sure the project was going as planned, however, his team were clearly very experienced and needed little supervision. They were polite, expert, and meticulous. They cleaned everything up beautifully when finished. We are so happy with the both the experience and the product. Definitely, put LFO at the top of your list for fencing."

"We had a flood in our basement caused by a water main break. The water backed up from the meter into our finished basement. Zelaya construction repaired the concrete damaged by the water, repaired the wallboard in two rooms that had to be cut away, replaced 4 doors that were damaged, replaced trim in 3 rooms, painted the rooms and selected replacement carpet that matched the previous carpet exactly. Their work was meticulous and they made good suggestions for completing. They finished in the time frame estimated. All the workers were diligent and respectful. By the end of the project, I felt like they were family. I highly recommend this company."

"Excellent in every way. Sunshine assigned a team of three installers who started on a Tuesday, also worked on Saturday, and completed all aspects of the installation by the following Wednesday. The quality of the work, including installation, responding to any questions we had along the way, and cleaning up the work areas at the end of each day helped make for an efficient and well -done project. The lead installer also replaced a front screen door on the final day of the project. In addition, the estimating process for the project was clear and easy to understand."

"Dave Garrett did an on-site evaluation and estimate on Wednesday, June 17th to: (1) repair four buckled boards on my Trex deck; (2) raise a side of the deck that had fallen because of poor workmanship by the original deck builder; and (3) remove old caulk and apply new caulk to a part of the gutter that had been leaking. I was amazed at the very reasonable cost of the estimate and when he said he could do the job on the next Friday - two days later! Dave has good customer service skills and appears to be a very competent craftsman. He did the least expensive repair. My wife and I were amazed at the super job he did! He followed up with a phone call to make sure we were satisfied with the work. We gave Dave a tip to express our satisfaction with his work. I give Garrett Group my highest recommendation."

"The provider showed up on time and prepared.  There were some issues with the internal wiring of my house (1930s construction) that complicated installation.  He informed me of my two options -- one was to have the fan installed, but it could not be controlled by the wall switch, or the other was to rewire the wall switch and the wiring to the fan to allow the fan to be controlled by the wall switch -- at a substantial cost.  I liked that he was honest with my about my options rather than merely stating it would cost me extra to install the fan, given the age/condition of the wiring.
