"Outstanding. The team removed an old fence and replaced it with a cedar fence and gate. It looks great, and the team was very professional and flexible. After comparing multiple companies, Phoenix gave us the greatest value for their service."

"Butch came out within a day or two to look at the site and give me an estimate. He emailed me written specs and costs a couple of days later. He also let me know when he came out that they were busy and were currently scheduling jobs eight weeks out. I emailed back my acceptance and snail-mailed a one-third deposit check. They emailed me when they received my check and let me know that I was on the schedule for mid-September. Right on schedule, in the second week of September, Butch called and asked if they could do the job in two days. They arrived at the agreed time and Butch and I walked through the job with his crew of three. Butch then left. The crew worked solidly for about four hours and were done. The fence is a quality product. Both the materials (treated pine posts and cedar boards) and the crew's construction and finish have produced a really nice looking fence. As a customer, dealing with Signature Fence was a pleasure. They clearly communicated what they could do and when they could do it. They kept me informed at each step in the process and they did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it. I think I got good value for money, too. Signature Fence clearly has its act together. Butch, the office team and the construction crew know what they're doing and they do it well. I recommend them highly."

"1/23/18 - I set an appt for the next morning for Lawrence Giles to come over and give me an estimate. 1/24/18 - Lawrence Giles showed up on time and took measurements of what I wanted. Before he left, he said he would email me an estimate. Later, I received the estimate which said how much each railing job would cost individually and that I would get a $50 discount (from the $800 estimate) if I authorized both jobs. I authorized both jobs. I then prepaid for 50% ($375) of the work. 2/1/18 - The installers for the basement railing showed up a few minutes earlier than what I was told. That's OK, I was ready for them. About an hour later, the installer for the stoop railing showed up and he installed the railing in about an hour. Because that railing was sunk into drilled holes and was secured by concrete, I was told not to use it until the next morning. With the yellow "caution" tape on the railing, it looked like a small crime scene. I got to use the basement railing almost right away after a small amount of touch up paint had dried. 2/2/18 - I untied the caution tape and used my stoop railing for the first time. Yippie! I have hip arthritis and have been using crutches since 2012. Because the stoop slopes (I think for water drainage), I always had to be really careful going down the stoop. Other houses on my block with 3 steps or more had the railings put up in 1980, when the houses were built. My stoop only has 2 steps, but I wanted one for safety. I got the permission from my HOA. My basement handrail was wooden. I had duct tape across the top because I had gotten splinters in my hand years ago. It was also too wide to wrap my hands around it, so again as a safety item, I wanted the wrought iron railing as a strong railing, which I could wrap my hands around. It was installed against a concrete wall just opposite the existing wooden railing. So now I have two railings. Even better!"

"Extremely well, even though we experienced many obstacles before we could give them the go-ahead to proceed. How I prepared: • Researched the county and HOA rules. Discovered I could get an 8’ high privacy fence in the back because our property abuts a major road. • Looked up fence laws on the county website. Found out that if a fence is built on a lot line, that both owners own half the fence and are responsible for half of the upkeep, so we wanted to be sure that our new fence was just inside our lot line. • Got property surveys. Had to call them back because they didn’t put stakes everywhere we needed • Put up tape between the surveyors’ stakes so I that could be sure the fence avoided some trees on one neighbor’s side, still staying within our lot line. Services provided by Adirondack after I accepted proposal: • Extensive e-mail exchange to identify and work through any issues that might come up on installation day. • Helped me with HOA request by providing pictures of proposed fence and gate materials, and a drawing of the proposed fence placement on the property • Worked with me during process of getting surveys, HOA approval, easement identification and avoidance, constant rain, and change in proposed fence line after surveys completed because we needed to avoid easements and large trees in the back of the property • At my request, avoided using our driveway because it was recently resurfaced • Planning around other contractors scheduled to work on the property (e.g. arborists and landscapers), and constant rainy days Day of installation at 7 a.m. Monday 11/26th: • It rained all day, but the crew worked diligently and were able to finish in 2 days. They built the fence and gates on site rather than using prefabricated panels. • Met with owner Rob, and foreman Jose to go over o EXACT fence placement (needed to be just inside property line, avoiding as few trees as possible in the wooded area in the back, and working with a large stump and the neighbor’s fence along one of the sides) o Went over every utility marking and compared it to photos I had taken when they were first marked. Rain had made them harder to see, but we located them and the crew was able to avoid the utilities. o Gate placement o Whether supporting parallel boards needed to go inside or outside the vertical boards. This was important because of HOA rules. o During the process, the foreman was putting up tape to mark the fence line. • During installation o Foreman Jose asked me again about some of the fence placement, and which side I wanted the vertical boards on. Glad I was home to remind him of what I wanted. o They were patient when I went out to inspect several times, and after they had finished. Caveat • I rated the price as an “A” but I selected Adirondack from reading reviews online rather than get competing bids. I was time-constrained, and because of delays not the fault of Adirondack, we barely got the fence put in before the weather became cold. It is important to me to have workers who are employees of the companies I hire, and are protected if they get injured. The price I paid was fair to me, especially as I watched them work in cold pouring rain, sitting on top of an 8’ fence, hammering."

"Went great from start to finish. Mike took time to explain what he did when i called to schedule the install. Before arriving he did a courtesy phone call and email to make sure we were still on the same schedule. Mike showed exactly when he promised and took time before he installed the fence to get acquainted with me an Nemo. He explained everything he did and why and he showed me what to do to continue Nemo's training. The best part was his dog Hazlit who was very friendly and tolerated being harassed by Nemo. Hazlit actually helped him train my little one. Mike followed up with a call a couple days later to see how things were going and gave me some very good advice. He followed a few days later with an email asking if I needed help. Mike is very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and prompt. I highly recommend his service to anyone seeking a buried fence for their little friend. Mike saved me a bundle of money, headache, and heartache. Making sure I had Nemo under boundary control was my chief concern when moving. Mike's fence and training allowed me to focus on moving. Last, Nemo has adjusted very well to his new boundaries. He is learning very quickly where he can and cannot go. Thanks Mike!"

"Lions fencing provided quality service and excellent craftsmanship. Their price was $1000-$1500 below their competitors. The fence is beautiful. They installed the fence within one week. The installation took about 5 hours."

"Pablo, the owner, responded promptly to my email, provided an estimate, which was very reasonable. After deciding to go with his company, he sent a text stating the timeframe for the work to be done. After the work was completed, he sent a picture via text showing the completed work (we were working while it was being done). We are very pleased with Pablo’s work. He took out our old railing, fabricated and installed the new iron railing. He checked up to see how we liked the new railing. I told him how much we liked it. The only very minor blemish was an area on the opposite side of a spot weld he had to do to install a hand rail looked like the paint may have come off due to the heat. We were afraid if it wasn’t covered, it could rust. Next thing you know, he was at our house putting paint back on that area. That is great customer service! We would definitely recommend Charquero Welding"

"I did not have Armor Fence install the aluminum fencing because I decided to go with a different product. I wanted to leave a review anyway, due to the professionalism and positive experience I had working with Armor Fence, while i gathered estimates and information that help me make the decision of the best way to complete my fencing project. I worked with Matt McGuckin, he was very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. I would recommend using Armor Fence and Matt to anyone looking to purchase and install fencing."
