"I called for an estimate on complete chimney repair. I was offered a cheap alternative to fixing the chimney as it should be. The provider didn't explain me anything that is wrong with the chimney, didn't offer multiple solutions, only wanted to patch up holes, which would be a temporary quick fix only. I had to insist on receiving an estimate of properly done repair. For barely 15 minutes of his time I was charged $45.00. Not happy, won't use again. Different professional won the bid! <br>"

"The company was prompt to come to Enid to give an estimate and schedule the project.  The estimate cost was accurate. The project was started on time.  The installation and  quality of the work was outstanding.  They matched the texturing on the ceiling very well.   The paint did not correctly match the ceiling (fault of the paint store?).  The sun tunnel had a light kit that did not arrive with the sun tunnel.   The company was delayed coming back to repaint and install the light kit.  Perhaps it is because they are a young company, have such an excellent product and do an outstanding installation that they are very busy.  They did repaint the ceiling and install the light kit.   <br /> I am very pleased with the completed project.  I would use Skylights Unlimited again."

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. "Any discrepancy that I found Jake was responsive to remedy the outcome and was courteous. For the most part JAM was timely in completing the projects. When it comes to cost JAM is probably not the cheapest contractor in town however, for the workmanship and result it is money well spent and you certainly get what you pay for. It was a pleasure having JAM construction do what I didn't have the time/skill to accomplish on my own. Jake handled the added difficulty well of having to consult with my wife over the phone who was 4 states away from the project at the time."

"I had an issue with a leak in my roof. After having that fixed, I then had an issue with my ceiling caving in. I hired a company and they subcontracted all the work out to Hank's Handyman Service. Not only did the ceiling need to be replaced, but the carpet was ruined as well. Hank and his crew came in and quickly repaired the ceiling and replaced the insulation that had been lost. After doing this, they then repainted the room with the color of my choice. About a week later they came back and replaced the carpet that was ruined. The whole time they were at my home they were completely professional. They were very careful as not to drag any dirt, paint or anything else throughout the rest of my house. They cleaned up any and all messes that were made. I was so impressed with their work ethics and the results that I received. I will be calling Hank directly from now on for any of my remodeling needs. I highly recommend Hank and his services. He does commercial work as well as residential and no job is too big or too small. Hank is A+ in my book. <br />"
