"It went very well! Darrel came out, gave us an estimate, which we accepted and set a date. He arrived at the agreed upon time, was courteous, professional and very neat. He had to remove all the old dry caulk around each skylight and replaced it... very neatly. With the window, he had to remove the wooden exterior trim and replaced it with Fhipon (not sure of spelling). It turned out very nice, and he kept to the estimate. We are very pleased with his work and will hire him again."

One of the projects we asked about was preventing a problem with water coming in through the second story in the front of the house. We asked Jeff about sealing around the windows and locating the problem. He said he would come back in a week with a ladder to inspect it and did not. <br /> The estimate he sent was reasonable and we would have used him had he gotten back to us. <br /> I tried messaging him again recently using Angie's List and did not receive a response. <br /> I appreciate that people get busy but I also know that it takes very little time to send a simple reply to a message. <br />"

"Transport happened two days late even after an uplift in service to assure the vehicle move happened before or on the target move date. My main issue was the communications of an issue, I was informed the morning of the day the vehicle was suppose to be off the property. Then there was no projected date for resolving the issue that I could pass on the the new property owner and no lead time to allow me to find other carriers to handle the move. Auto Transport - United Freight Of America did continue to work the issue and a new transport was provided two days later however I found out about that 1 hour before the truck was going to meet me at the property. I had arranged to have an alternate transport occur on Friday just before I got the call however I was able to cancel the Friday transport. The C rating would have been a B if there was more communication and if there was a maybe selection for "would I use them again" I would have selected that."
