Prior to the job Jim walked through the house with me and told me exactly what he would have to do to get the job done. He called a few days later with a quote and a start date. On the day of repair Jim arrived when he said he would. When finished he walked me though everything he had done and asked if I was satisfied. You would not know that Jim was here as he cleaned up to perfection! I highly recommend Jim Noll and would definitely hire him again."

"<p>Had a problem with a nest of bees that made their home in the ceiling of a small bedroom. The house had been empty for many years and the hive was quite large. I had a beeman remove the hive, but it required him to cut a hole in the bedroom ceiling. So I needed someone to prevent the bees from returning, remove any remaining honeycomb, and repair the room.</p> <p>Unfortunately, I had trouble finding a contractor who was willing to work with me since I am located in New Jersey. Doug Weaver was willing to work with me. Since the house was empty, he could stop & start the project as he needed, but he did not delay in the repairs. He started before I expected him to, and I understand his workers even worked on weekends! (I have a neighbor who acts as caretaker & kept me up to date on the progress). We were able to communicate by phone to get the job done in a timely manner. "B & E Roofing completed the removal and replacement of my 2500 sq ft roof in a single day, using our <br /> preferred shingles and perforated ?Deck Armor? underlayment.  The five-man crew was polite and careful to <br /> wear booties inside the house.  B & E?s Roofer Buggy was very impressive to watch.  <br /> It received the old roofing materials easily, as its hydraulic mechanism positioned it immediately under the eaves.  <br /> When finished, the Buggy was withdrawn, and the contents were deposited into a waiting dump truck. The shingles were delivered by a hydraulic arm directly to the roof with great efficiency, allowing the front roof section to be shingled while the <br /> back section was being stripped.  <br /> Although my home is 50 years old, the chimney flashing has never been satisfactory. They fixed this by fashioning a ?cricket? triangle that directs the flow of water around the chimney.  I tested it with a hose at full flow, and it managed the extra water easily.  <br /> They even made an extra trip to remove any remaining debris and nails. <br /> I can highly recommend B & E for Angie?s members.  They are efficient and up-to-date,  providing a great value to <br /> their customers. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Replace insulation in my garage and also insulated water pipes that have a tendency to freeze in really cold weather. Insulated in the basement area of my home also. Replace a window, door lock, and did concrete work around chimney outside.  Also secured siding where it had come loose and attached gutters that had come loose from the house. He was very efficient and answered any questions that I might have. Will probably use his services again for some painting in the Spring."
