"Bruce, Tina and the entire team do a great job. We had 2500 of carpet installed in our current house and they did a great job. Bruce came out and measured and left samples for my wife and I to consider. Then called in with selections and spoke with Tina who handled everything perfectly. Installation team was prompt and on schedule. They moved all of the furniture and got the job done in 1 day! Everything back where it started and in great shape. They even had me go around with them to find all of the squeaky board to screw them down before pad went down. Well done job and great company! Thanks again and we will come back in the future when we purchase our new home."

"I was very pleased with my experience with TLC.  I was frantic to find someone to come out same day to clean up carpet stains left by our dog and to remove the odor.  Our dog had gotten into something that did not agree with her tummy and left us quite a mess on our carpet.  TLC was extremely responsive and said they could send someone out same day between 12-2pm.  The technician arrived shortly after noon and immediately got to work.  I also liked the fact that when I called and when the technician came they both informed me that there is no guarantee of pet stains coming out 100% and that they could reappear.  They wanted to be honest with me of this fact since many companies will not tell you this.  After about 20-30 minutes I was asked to check the location and whether I was satisfied.  The stains were gone and the smell was gone!  I was very pleased with the service, the professionalism of the technician, and the price.  I would definitely use them again! <br />"
