"I highly recommend Certified, Inc., Columbia, Maryland for any roof projects. They worked on my house in October, 2020, and installed a beautiful, EcoStar synthetic slate on my house's 6600 square foot roofing area. The workmen were very prompt everyday, showing up to work at 0730. The foreman answered all my questions and was very receptive to any requests. He managed his team in a professional manner and the team worked together overcoming any difficulties. They cleaned the site after they finished each day, and prepared the site for any possible weather situations. The owner of Certified, Inc. visited the work site daily and also answered all the questions. He did not expect any payment until the project was finished and I was satisfied. It was a superb job. I would highly recommend Certified, Inc. for any roofing projects."

"I highly recommend Cox roofing to anybody who is considering having a new roof installed. They very affordable, prompt, and professional, They also communicated well from start to finish. I received before and after pictures of the project."

"Charm City Roofing did an excellent job installing my new roof! From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. They explained the entire process clearly, completed the work efficiently, and left everything clean and neat afterward. The quality of the installation is outstanding, and I feel confident knowing my home is well protected. I highly recommend Charm City Roofing to anyone looking for reliable and top-notch roofing services!"

"I am very satisfied with the roofers who installed new shingles on the roof. Except for the damaged pieces of drywall inside and around the old skylight when the new skylight was installed. $200 was deducted from the bill for fixing the drywall. I appreciate this very much. The roofers are friendly and Ned is very patient with me when I asked him many questions. I also appreciated that your service immediately responded on the same day last Thursday after I found the rain water running between gutter and soffit on the part of back of the house. On the same day, the roofers came and adjusted the gutter level. Hope it is fixed. Will need to wait until it rains again and see if it is fixed. I would recommend this business."

"Omni Roofing was excellent! They came out to view the gutter work needed. They gave me multiple options for repairing the gutter and fascia, which I appreciate. They did not try to upsell or give me work that wasn't necessary, but offered their opinions for the most sensible plan, based on the situation. The work they did was very well done, even added a piece to my gutter to keep the water off of the fascia. They cleaned up the work area beautifully. I highly recommend Omni Roofing and will happily recommend them to my friends."

"They restored and repaired our 100 year old slate roof and installed brand new guttering. The job was done in a day and the repair blended in perfectly with the original slate. Would highly recommend them."

"The service was thorough, I was given a free estimate and timely response concerning the contract. We all got on the roof and looked at the issues together. The challenge I had with choosing this contractor was that they do not offer financing. The quoted price was $26,000. To be clear, they we're going to allow a portion of the total amount to be paid off over time, however, The expectation was for us to come up with 10k+ upfront for materials. After receiving a second opinion, another contractor was going to be able to do the same work for less money with financing available. I don't think there was anything dishonest about their estimate. The cost they quoted me for repair was simply not in my budget based on their financing terms."
