"Our paver sealing project was going to be a challenge for Tropical Paver Sealing right from the start. Our patio is at the back of our condominium at the end of our living room. The only entrance and exit point was through our front door, off the common area of the carpeted corridor to our first floor unit. This is opposed to driving up to a house, bringing power-washing equipment up someone’s driveway or through a gate to their backyard or pool area. Our crew, J.C. and Brian were brilliant, efficient, courteous and respectful of our property. I had laid down some vinyl sheeting so their equipment and tools could be rolled in over the tiled floors and carpet to the sliding glass doors. They worked as a team and it was all the more impressive as it wasn’t just our patio that was going to be cleaned and sealed, but our neighbor’s patios as well, one on either side of ours. "On the first day, Marcus and his associate did a great job cleaning the pool deck using a special machine to wash the bricks so that the bricks were not damaged by high water pressure (The machine looked like a round floor scrubber).  Marcus did the pressure washing of the screen himself ensuring that the right nozzle was used on the screen so that no holes resulted.  <br /> <br /> Then on the second day, Marcus and his associate filled in the sand between the brick pavers and sealed the bricks.  The porch furniture had to be kept off the porch for 24 hours to allow the sealant to dry.  We are very happy with the results, and the porch looks great again with no holes anywhere."
