He called back within minutes of our request being posted on Angie's List, and he gave us an appointment within a convenient time frame. He and his assistant arrived at the promised time, after considerately calling ahead to let us know he was on his way. He did an outstanding job removing a tree stump in our front yard, grinding it to chips, removing the chips, filling the hole with topsoil, and making sure the ground was level. He charged a very reasonable price and was polite, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. All in all, we are very satisfied customers who are happy to recommend Steve and his business to friends and acquaintances."

"I remember that he was really backed up because he did not anticipate the response he received through the Big Deal. Once he did respond, he was very good. When he came out, the work was fine. When he completed tree trimming, he came out and did all of the work manually and it slowed the job down. There was nothing wrong with the work and he did a fine job. However, the process of the work seemed to be slowed down a bit because the work was done manually. I did have to pay for an additional hour of work. That cost was not unreasonable and he did a nice job. They cleaned up well when the work was complete."
