"Short version: Sam is awesome to say the VERY least. He knows what he is doing, does not try to rip you off with service, and minimums, and stands behind his work. I will definitely be using him going forward if I ever need my roof repaired. Long version: Back in April 2022, I realized I had a major roof leak that would leave a massive puddle inside of my garage after heavy rain. I inquired on Angi.com, the morning I realized it was the roof leaking. I had a roofing company just pop up to inspect the damage, and without even pulling his ladder to actually inspect the roof, proceeded to tell me what the issue was and that they could get it fixed ASAP, but they have a minimum fee of $725. As I was talking to the roofer from the other company, I received a text from Sam. Shortly after the roofer left, I responded to Sam and he said that he would be in my area the following morning and could stop by. Sam came out the next day, actually climbed up on the roof, did a thorough inspection, and told me exactly what the problem(s) was. He quoted me a price significantly lower than the other company and said he could come out a few days later (because it was still snowing... in April). He sealed the windows and flashing, then asked me to let him know if the roof leaked at all after. A day or so later we had heavy rains and very strong winds in my area (I live on a hill) so the wind had lifted the shingles on the corner of the roof which caused water to enter the garage. I contacted Sam, and he came out the same day, and repaired/sealed the roof, and again instructed me to reach out if the roof leaked at all. It is July 15, 2022 and we have had quite a few heavy rains/strong winds since April 2022 (it is actually raining right now), and the roof has not leaked at all. Thank you again Sam, I sincerely appreciate it!!!"

"Amy and Brian provided excellent service. Amy came out and got on the roof to identify our issue. It was not apparent where moisture was coming through into our house. She took pictures and discussed with her colleagues. Brian came out and I showed him where the water damage was on the wall. He then started to repair the roof. "Bill Bialk came to our home approximately 4 times before we ever signed a contract with him. He was extremely patient with us since this was a large project and a lot of money. Once we picked the window style, brand, color, and exterior color, he clarified everything with us 3 times to make sure we had the right windows, correct opening directions, and correct patio doors. When his install team was doing the work, you could tell they were hard workers and took their time with each window, which made us feel good. We were originally told the job would take 2 days, but it ended up taking 5. We had no problem with this because, again, they took their time with each window and door. During the install we had a few questions/concerns that came up -Bill was quick to drive over and answer any questions and concerns that same day. We must admit that we are very picky people and notice everything -there was some damaged wood on a few window moldings -Bill did not hesitate to send someone over to fix the damage. (We were expecting to have to be more "pushy" about the situation, but Bill didn't even hesitate to send someone over to fix the problems at his expense.) Truly, this is a good company with good people working for them! My only small comment would be that if you do have them install your windows, do not be surprised to find cigarette butts on the ground. Unfortunately, my son found a handful of butts and was playing with them. However, this was a small small minor comment compared to the BEAUTIFUL job that they completed!!! I would use them again in a heartbeat!"
