"Estate Exteriors provided exceptional roof repair service after storm damage to my property. Eugene promptly answered my call, which was a great relief during a stressful situation. He and his team demonstrated true professionalism throughout the process. What impressed me even more was that they didn't just focus on the obvious storm damage. The team went above and beyond by conducting a full roof inspection. This comprehensive approach ensured that no potential issues were overlooked, giving me peace of mind about the overall condition of my roof. The quality of their work was outstanding, and they completed the repairs in a timely manner. Their quick response time was particularly impressive, especially considering the circumstances following the storm. I was thoroughly impressed by the team's expertise and attention to detail. They addressed all the damage efficiently and effectively, restoring my roof to excellent condition. Their professional approach, thorough inspection, and high-quality workmanship have left me feeling secure and satisfied with the results. I highly recommend Estate Exteriors for anyone in need of roof repairs or inspections, especially in emergency situations. Their combination of responsiveness, skill, thoroughness, and professionalism makes them a top choice in the field."

"Enrique's Roofing is amazing! I reached out in the early morning with a roof leak issue. They were very responsive! Their guys were at my building within less than an hour. Sergio and his team took before and after pictures to show me what the issues were. They showed up when they said they would to repair the roof. This saved me from more leaking from anticipated rain that was scheduled for later in the day. Great communication and they worked fast! I can't thank them enough! Many many thanks! I would highly recommend Enrique's Roofing and I will use them again for my roof maintenance needs!"

"Sometimes things don't go well...and when that happens, it's how a company responds that determines the whether to recommend them or not. A tree limb fell and tore a piece of gutter. Sam gave me a reasonable estimate for repair. I work nights and can have work done on Fridays only due to sleeping days. Sam worked with my schedule and sent a worker. When I saw the repair, I was NOT happy. My gutters are oversized and Sam's worker did the repair using a smaller gutter, which looked terrible. I called Sam and sent him pictures of the gutter. Look, things go wrong sometimes with every company you hire. When that happens, it's how the company responds that makes the difference between a company I'd hire again and one I'd warn friends away from. Sam sent a worker out on a Friday to accommodate my schedule. The repair was made with the proper-sized gutter, and Sam stood by his estimate although this project would not be a money-maker for him. I recommend Last Stop Roofing Company and if I need roof or gutter repair, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again."

"Robert did every thing he promised to do. Communicated well through the process. Returned calls with answers to any questions I had. Very professional. I would recommend him for your next roof replace. Above all, if you have any questions or concern, prior or during the project and even after, Robert will get back to you quickly and answer any questions. Very Professional. He was on site at the start of the project, and reviewed all with the crew. Not like some companies the sales men promises the world and the installers do it their way. Robert went over the detail with the crew before they started. They did a great job."

"The sales rep Tim was very professional and patient with me. Throughout the sales process he listened to all my concerns and explained the process from beginning to end. I know that I would have problems with wood replacement and tim made sure to make note of that. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."

"Lake county roofs was amazing love my new roof. They cleaned up after and left my residence cleaner then when they arrived. I highly recommend them. Darin is excellent about retuning calls or texts and his quote was right in our budget."

"Amy and Brian provided excellent service. Amy came out and got on the roof to identify our issue. It was not apparent where moisture was coming through into our house. She took pictures and discussed with her colleagues. Brian came out and I showed him where the water damage was on the wall. He then started to repair the roof. Once the work was completed he went over what damage he saw and the work he did to repair the issue. We would highly recommend Peerless Roofing."

"Bill Bialk came to our home approximately 4 times before we ever signed a contract with him. He was extremely patient with us since this was a large project and a lot of money. Once we picked the window style, brand, color, and exterior color, he clarified everything with us 3 times to make sure we had the right windows, correct opening directions, and correct patio doors. When his install team was doing the work, you could tell they were hard workers and took their time with each window, which made us feel good. We were originally told the job would take 2 days, but it ended up taking 5. We had no problem with this because, again, they took their time with each window and door. During the install we had a few questions/concerns that came up -Bill was quick to drive over and answer any questions and concerns that same day. We must admit that we are very picky people and notice everything -there was some damaged wood on a few window moldings -Bill did not hesitate to send someone over to fix the damage. (We were expecting to have to be more "pushy" about the situation, but Bill didn't even hesitate to send someone over to fix the problems at his expense.) Truly, this is a good company with good people working for them! My only small comment would be that if you do have them install your windows, do not be surprised to find cigarette butts on the ground. Unfortunately, my son found a handful of butts and was playing with them. However, this was a small small minor comment compared to the BEAUTIFUL job that they completed!!! I would use them again in a heartbeat!"
