"When Jeff turned the sprinklers off in the fall, he noted some heads had been broken. We do not inspect the area all that much, but he does, we asked Jeff to make the repairs in the spring. Due to the warm winter, we had too turn the sprinklers on earlier than usual. Called Jeff, made an appointment. He arrived on time, made the repairs. We have used Jeff for the past 4 years, and find him to be professional in his care of the customer. I think Gerald, the owner, took on more work than he could manage for a while during the summer. They did better last summer when we hired them. The main issue was communication and punctuality; the work was actually pretty good."
