"We were scammed! This is a horrible company to deal with. We paid an expectational amount of money for what we thought would be superior workmanship and materials. They put our siding up once. During the time they were putting it up, obvious issues were missed and the workmanship was very poor. We communicated this to the Manager and the worked continues. Finally they sent a regional manager after months of dealing with this. They took the siding all down and replaced it. Issues still existed, and we were told we can deal with it through Warranty. They offered a concession because the job was so bad, then told us I apologize for the delay in my response. I was able to speak with my manager, and unfortunately, we will not be able to provide a concession. Should any service issues arise in the future, your warranty will cover the repairs. Exxx Bxxxxxxx Lxxx Rxxxxx Axxxx Ixxxxxxxxxxx Mxxxxxx; Communication was poor the entire time and it took us almost 5 months. DO not use this company. I am surprised Angi has them on their website. Customer service is very low on Champion Windows priority list. St6ay away, do the research and you will find this is not the only complaint."

"I am so disappointed. This company did a bait and switch and I ended up cancelling the order because they wanted $2,000 more! One month into the project--- financing processed, windows measured and ordered, and just awaiting notice of installation date--- they called me to say that they made a mistake and they could not do project for the agreed upon, signed contract. At that point I saw lots of red flags and did some more research on company. I discovered a F RATING from Better Business Bureau. Needless to say, I saw this as a sign from God that I should NOT use this company!!!!!"

"It was excellent! Our family could not be anymore satisfied with Mike and Judy's professional guidance and attention to detail, for our total kitchen remodeling. We are a family of five and Mike worked daily, persistently, to get us back into our kitchen. Everything went smoothly, ordering cabinets and countertops, flooring and tile .We were impressed with Mike's cleanliness. He would sweep and organized his tools and have everything he used for the day put up and out of our way. Mike has an eye for detail. "We absolutely love our new Ryan home, which is ready to move into. Jon, the construction manager was true to his word, and had the Home completed by the end of May. However., DO NOT GO WITH NVR MORTGAGE! We were supposed to close June 7, and Martha from NVR knew we wanted an early June close, I was retiring July 1st, and our mortgage was based on my pension MONTHS AGO. Now, a few weeks before closing after we scheduled a TON of services including movers, truck, friends taking off to help, babysitters for kids, and have a buffer of 3 weeks before we have to move out of a rental end of June; Martha tells me they require a certain letter from the pension that I will not receive until mid-july. Because of this they initially said we couldn't close until July. Then it is June 20th. If she provided us with this information months ago, we could have planned differently. Now we are scrambling to figure out what to do. So, I repeat, DO NO GO WITH NVR MORTGAGE. I'm not the only one either. I just spoke to our new neighbors who broke off with NVR and Martha after 6 months before closing because of similar issues. DO NOT GO WITH NVR MORTGAGE!!!! it should be NO STARS FOR NVR MORTGAGE."
