Our install date was affected by weather which was frustrating, but not their fault obviously. We had a 3 rail split rail fence installed with 3 gates. They made the gates custom on site, which was awesome to watch. The owner is Carlos and he is very fair and reasonable. He was also quite patient with me pestering him with questions, comments, and concerns. They do more than just fencing and we will be using them for future projects. Thank you!"

It took some time to for the fence material to be manufactured, but that is because we ordered a relatively custom color. "I was referred by a friend who had them install a composite deck. I had 3 contractors look at my deck to demo and replace with wood. They had a competitive price. They were done in 3 days! Short punch list which the owner had his men address. I would say Iâ m pretty picking but his men completed everything to my 100% satisfaction!!! I would definitely recommend â A PAIR OF HANDSâ !! "I was very pleased with the fence installment. They were very timely from first meeting to start day (it did not take a long time to get them out and do the job. They also did excellent follow-up after our initial meeting. The only two complaints I have are: 1) The installment day they told me they would arrive about 7:15-7:30. They were late and did not call. I needed to be at an appointment so I phoned at 8:45 and they said they would be here in 30 minutes. They were another hour late and didn't call. I called again and they said they were out back. They should have called first or come to the front door to let me know they were here so I could show them what we wanted and leave for work. So on this front, they need to be more professional and call to let the customer know they will be late. And 2) When I had the original meeting to take measurements I mentioned that the only requirement was that they not use aliens on their work team. I was assured that this would not happen. When they showed up, there were three men (2 Americans and one Mexican). By that time it was too late and I didn't say anything. But those two complaints aside, they did a beautiful job on the fence. The excellent work they did more than made up for the two complaints I mentioned. It was custom made, aesthetic, and very well built. We are very pleased and would recommend Deck Cetera to neighbors and friends."

"The process began with their designer, Jean, coming to the house and discussing what we wanted and offering some ideas.  Within days we had an estimate and design.  We revised from there and agreed to the work.  They actually were able to being early as another job had to be delayed as the people were not ready for them.  The workers were good and efficient and Colin, the owner, made certain work proceeded well and any questions we had were promptly answered.  Their workmanship is wonderful.  The stairs and decking on them are great with added touches that made them work for getting to the yard better than expected.   The pavers are beautiful and perfectly installed and the retaining wall is simply outstanding -- the have great stone workers.  All nice to work with and attentive to us and detail.
