"The experience with Renaissance Floor and Carpet was awesome! I was looking for a professional and credible company to replace the hardwood floors in my home. After reading several reviews, I contacted Renaissance Floor to discussed the project. Basir came to my home with various floor samples, took measurements, and provided an estimate with cost effective suggestions and a detailed project timeline schedule. As outlined in the project timeline schedule, materials were delivered and the project was completed in a timely manner. I cannot say enough great things about the work crew that worked on my project. The assigned work crew was extremely professional, possessed incredible technical knowledge and delivered superior quality work. They arrived and left as scheduled daily and made sure all work areas were cleaned and tools neatly stored. In addition, I was extremely impressed with the efficiency of the crew and their ability to reassembled our furniture from every room to the exact location without our assistance. Overall, Renaissance Floor and Carpet is a great company. They provide quality work at competitive prices and their customer service is outstanding, specifically from Basir and Amir the two managers I had the pleasure of working with. "We contacted District Floor Depot when we were moving into a new house to possibly refinish existing wood floors. Once we (...they!) fully removed the carpets and saw the condition of the floors, we decided to install LVT instead and only refinish the wood staircase. "Brian from Torres flooring reached out to me immediately after I submitted my request, and quickly gave me a quote and did the repair that day! We had a small section of our vinyl floor cut out by our previous owners to install a wooden railing. We removed the railing and needed the flooring patched with some of the flooring we had stored away. I contacted so many floor companies who said the job was 'too risky' and declined the job, or told us we needed to replace the entire floor (for like $5k). Brian was super friendly and said he could do the job no problem, understood what we needed done, and did a great job! "A year ago, we had William refinish our floors; he did a great job-- also on painting! Sadly, during the year a dog became in ill an unbeknownst to us had accidents on a rug covering the newly done floors- the moisture seeped into the wood; it needed to be repaired. William did the repair for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, initially the repair didn't look good- I contacted William. He came back and agreed that it didn't come out as he'd hoped (he'd had to replace boards, re-stain and varnish the area). He came back again, re-did the work for no additional fee and it looks GORGEOUS. He showed great integrity and commitment to quality- his disappointment in the original repair was evident on his face. He is not always super quick to get back to you- but I found him to be responsive to polite persistence. He is now my "floor guy"-- we're moving and he'll be the person I call for any flooring related needs."

I really appreciated his approach to estimating the work, informing me about their process, and listening as he answered all my questions. The installers (Christian and Gabriel) were awesome as they expertly completed the work, kept me informed as needed along the way, and kept my home clean throughout the process (i.e., removing old carpet/padding, preparing sub-floor, etc.).
