"I had vinyl flooring installed in my basement. The person who did the original installation did a sub-par job. When Owen, the owner, came out to inspect it, he agreed it was unacceptable, arranged to have a different installer come out and fix it, and gave me a substantial discount off the total price, The second installer did excellent work, and the finished product looks very good. I appreciate the fact that the company stood behind its work, and acted quickly to correct its mistake. I'm very satisfied overall."

"This company is horrible. They came twice and the floor looks like kids did it. The shoe molding is about quarter inch off the ground leaving a got between the floor and the shoe molding. They line the same piece of alternating pieces in one straight line down the room. It seems they did not follow the manufacturer instructions of leveling out the floor so the floor is very flimsy. The Trucor luxury vinyl planks they use are horrible quality. I will never use this company again and suggest stearing clear "

The lead man has been with his boss for exactly 20 years, since he was 16 years old. He did all of the stair work, beautifully. The second day he came alone and finished the job. We Love our new floors!"
