"Very good. All went as promised. I will use again if need arises."

"If you are a perfectionist and want a job done that will exceed your expectations, hire Garry Stidham! I recently purchased a 40 year old home in Haile in need of much exterior repair. Garry repaired the deck, fence, screened porch and finally all of the rotten wood on the home itself. He was very knowledgeable with regard to materials and paint needed to restore my home to its former glory. Most of the rotten trim and fascia was replaced with Hardie Board which was cut to laser precision. Rotten lap siding was replaced with new pressure treated wood, which he primed before being installed on the home! No one else would go that extra step! After extensive preparation, the home was painted. I cannot explain how happy I am with the final painted results of my home. His abilities with a paint brush on the edges, trim, windows and doors are nothing less than perfection. I could go on and on, but simply stated, Garry will be the only person I will have working on my home."

"I can't be more pleased! I needed 2 sheds power washed, painted 2 colors to match my home, trimmed with lattice, and a hole cut for a "window" AC unit in one shed. They had every right to reschedule with us at the start of our project because my husband dropped the ball and didn't move his junk away from the sheds. They moved his junk and started the project. That's superior customer service as well as going above and beyond. They also completed my project in a very reasonable time frame. There's no question I'll hire K&S Services again they are for sure my new "go to" handyman."

"I hired these great contractors to do extensive work on my house. they re-did the exterior vinyl, re-did my floors and bathrooms, as well as extensive drywall and painting. Along the way there were many things that they fixed and improved just out of proffesionalism. They were on time, kept me in the loop and gave me productive ideas, and were proffesional and trustworthy in every way. personally I found them to be good people and enjoyable company. their pricing was very competetive and I felt at the end of the project that I was lucky to have found them. I Love the upgraded version of my house that they helped make. I would hire them again, or recommend them to anyone."

"I asked for gutter cleaning through Handyman Pros and selected Tropical Handyman's Chris Desjardins to do the job. Chris did the most thorough cleaning (and repair) job anyone has ever done on our gutters, and was very accommodating about doing a couple other small jobs during this first visit. I say "first visit" because I am sure we will ask him back in the future. In fact I have already scheduled him for another job next week. He is a most capable, pleasant, and professional individual, and I was also impressed with his versatility. Thank you for having him on your team."

"Very professional and helpful. They do amazing job, very clean organize and make my kitchen look like magazine one. They was on time all the time. Very responsable. Final project look amazing. I always recommended."

"These guys did an amazing job. I am glad I did not listen to any of the reviews on Facebook because unfortunately there was some bad ones. I went with my gut and I’m glad I did. Craig and Mike were excellent. They listen to all my concerns and even changed a few things with no complaints at all. I will definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone in the future. Thank you again for all that you did. It truly came out amazing."

"He was very professional from the beginning to the end! I would definitely recommend him & will be using him again!"

"Rob did an excellent job and had no problem with me adding a little more work than we planned. He was professional and fair."

"Sandy replaced my 2 bathroom vanity counter tops including sink, faucets, backsplash. I was really pleased with his quality of work performed, attention to detail and his professionalism. Even though this was a somewhat "small" rehab project, I will use him for any and all future projects I have. I have found it very frustrating trying to find a dependable and trustworthy company because many of them you talk to on the they either don't return phone calls, or don't respond to first message about getting a rate quote at all. Thank you Sandy for your great service!! I will happily refer and recommend you to any friends or family that need your services."
