"Our main point of contact was Rick. We had good communication from him and everyone we dealt with at Mand D. Rick came to measure our carpeted areas. I texted him some carpet part numbers and names that we saw at Home Depot and he found the right carpets and got them ordered. When the carpets arrived, four excellent and friendly installers arrived right on time. They worked very quickly and were in and out in very little time - probably 3 hours for removal and installation. They vacuumed up all the loose threads from cutting the carpets and hauled away the old stuff (for a very acceptable additional charge).
