"Outstanding work!  I plan to hire them again for my next project.  The owner, Rick responded promptly to my call and was very professional and efficient. He provided a detailed list of what was to be included in the job.  The crew of five men arrived on time, moved furniture out of the way, prepped the area carefully and cleaned up completely at the end of each day. 
Although it wasn't included in the contract, the crew did some additional touch up painting of some doors & baseboards"since we already have the trim paint open."  I had also asked if I could use their ladder to clean and change lightbulbs in the hard to reach chandelier;  I came home and found that they did it for me.  I expected that with the additional work done that they might add on to the bill, but they didn't.  Instead I was more than happy to give the crew a good tip.

This is the third time Jerry has done repairs for my house.  He is always professional, prepared, and personable. When I called, since it wasn't a crisis, he came as soon as he had an opening.   He came and assessed my old hot water heater, determined it needed to be replaced (it was 15 years old).He explained the problems and options to me. He installed a new one, changing some of the old plumbing to meet current requirements, and as always, cleaned up.

"In June of 2010 my house flooded due to a faulty toilet tank intake line.  Forever Wood Construction was there within 2 hours & begin the steps needed to start the repair of my home.  They helped me move all my belongings out of the way so they could remove the water damaged part of the walls & the damaged flooring.  They set up blowers & dehumidifiers throughout my house to dry it out so they could proceed to put it all back together.  They totally matched the texture on my walls & you can't tell that I've ever had a flood or had any portions of the walls redone!  They even fixed some long standing electrical issues for me.  Great company!  I definitely recommend this company to others."

"They did a very good job. The house looks beautiful. They even performed all of the work in 1 day! A couple of things to keep in mind when using this provider. The deals they offer on Angie's List are excellent. However, there are extra costs that can add up, such as painting a detached garage even if the total square footage is under the allowance of the deal. I got a very fair price for everything, but that is important to keep in mind when considering whether to purchase a deal. Second, they are a mom and pop operation and it can be a challenge sometimes to get a hold of them or stick on schedule. It can be difficult to get them on the line on occasion. I've used them 3 times, and the work has been rescheduled at least once each time. Make sure you have some flexibility when considering whether to purchase a deal through them. They do excellent work when they get out there!"

After searching for awhile and having more than a few companies over to see the bathroom that was to be remodeled and get an estimate, I decided on Chriswell and I’m glad I did. Richard and Amanda came over and I appreciated that they worn masks. They looked at the bathroom listened to my needs and wants, took measurements and then we sat around the kitchen. They figured out a few different possibilities for the bathroom all the time showing me how everything broke down and answering any question I had. We finally settling on what worked best for my family and budget. This was super refreshing after having several contractors and companies simply pop there head in the bathroom take no measurements and quote some crazy price out of what seemed to be thin air. Chriswell dose not use subcontractors so all the people working on my bathroom actually work at Chriswell. This gave me piece of mind knowing that every one was on the same page and held to Chriswell’s high standards. I was especially impressed with Dante and Merlin. Out the gate Dante made sure that I always knew what was going on and encouraged me to ask him anything if I had any questions. Which I did. Having Dante working on my bathroom being a third Generation remodeler and with his decades of experience made me even more confident that I had made the right decision. Dante added some little details which really meant a lot to me and definitely enhanced the overall look of the bathroom. Dante and Merlin where both respectful, worked hard and keep there work site tidy and clean. I could not have asked for two better workmen to do this project.
