"we had a leak outside coming from the water main after we found out the tree roots were to blame WCC Plumbing was contacted they were here pretty quick.  They looked over the damage and went to work instantly.  They were quick, informative, very courteous.  not only did they fix the pipes they cut back a lot of the tree roots so it doesn't happen again.  they had our water fixed and working in a short period of time for a job that should have taken a lot longer."

"I had a complete stoppage of three drains in the house. It was a Saturday and I called three companies that advertised 24/7 emergency service and got an answering service after extended wait times. "The job went well. We thought it would take a day but realized it takes a bit longer. The technician, Julio, was always professional, courteous,, and puntual. He explained how he would fix the problem and where he would have to reroute the pipe line thru the bottom portion of the house. He found the leak by the washer. He proceeded to make holes in the garage ceiling to reroute the pipe thru the house having to cut holes in the downstairs bath room, bedroom, and family room. The main water valve for the house was shut down for a day but Julio left us with cold water after the first day of work. On the second day he was able to complete the rerouting using up-to-date materials to secure the water line. Mind you, he spent the whole two days working. He also found a gas leak but recommended we may have to find another company to work on this problem. I appreciated his honesty.Turns out there were a few leaks."
