He had several different teams which were specialist in every aspect of removal of the old siding, repairing our back deck and deck stairs. This included preparing my house to received a satisfactory rating to assist me in getting my mortgage refinance through the Veterans Administration. After refinance the Make A Choice Home Exterior, LLC team removed our old siding and installed the new Hardie Plank Siding , install new outside lights, reframed out windows and painted the new siding. "We were absolutely thrilled with Footprints Floors! Noel and his team removed the existing carpet in our carriage house and our basement, and installed various types of ceramic tile, including a floor-to-ceiling tile backsplash in the carriage house kitchen. This was an extremely large job with a ton of complications (none having to do with Footprints - things like weird wiring in the carriage house kitchen, uneven and cracked subflooring in the basement, etc.) but they handled everything professionally, and for a reasonable price. I especially appreciated their willingness to go above and beyond to solve problems -- at one point, they even brought in an electrician to fix a wiring problem they discovered! As for our new floors, the craftsmanship and installation work was incredible - they did a great job, and the finished product looks amazing. Moreover, the workers arrived promptly, cleaned up well, and were very friendly. Noel showed up to check on their progress every day, and provided me regular updates; for a massive project, they made it all as seamless and stress-free as possible. I just wish Footprints did more than just floors, because I'd hire them for everything - truly one of the best companies (and some of the friendliest people!) we've ever worked with, and we can't recommend them highly enough!"

"Overall the install went OK. Bruno is very easy to work with. We had some minor issues with not leveling and screwing down the subfloor in one bedroom, and some minor damage to some of the floorboards (dents, small cracks) during installation. While I am satisfied with the overall job, I wish the installers had taken a little more time and care with the prefinished floors. The finished in place stair treads and landing turned out great. Overall, I would hire again, but would keep a closer eye on the job progress."
