Disappointed. We have used DIxon previously and have recommended them to other family members to use.  This was our last time using Dixon.  Too much hassle and aggravation didn't make it worth the price difference.

There is no quality control or walk through of any supervisor prior to them showing up to collect a check.  A crew (non English speaking) shows up, can't communicate, rework is necessary because wrong deck color was purchased, walls were not painted correct color, areas in closet and bathroom were not painted at all and ALOT of oversplash of white paint on the red brick exterior, driveway, etc.  Crew initially was not respectful of the house (trash, drink containers, bathroom usage) or other workers in the house.

I feel they only corrected items at my fathers house because we had also contracted with them to do our exterior paint refresh as well.  Same issues and this time an argument from the Quality Manager about all the white paint on our red brick exterior.  He stated that it was the previous painters and essentially called me a liar.  Only the trim, eves, doors, window surrounds, etc. were to be painted.  Repairs were done shoddy and we requested they redo with the materials that were quoted, screens were not put back on the correct windows, windows are painted shut, shrubs were broken and damaged, etc.

This used to be a great company and service provider.  They've painted two other houses and a barn of ours over the last 15 years all were great, but something is really lacking in their service approach at this point.  Again, disappointing.

"Impact Siding and Roofing were hired to repair Sheetrock, replace rotted exterior wood, pressure wash, and paint the pool house in our HOA community. Their pricing was so great, the owner David was extremely honest, and worked out a deal to also repair our counter tops that were falling in the restrooms, replace broken shutters, and even paint a portion of our fence. Impact Siding and Roofing went above and beyond to check in with us through each phase to make sure we were pleased, and it met our expectations. Not only were the repairs were professionally and excellently done but the customer service gave board members peace of mind to trust a company with integrity. Thank you Impact Siding and Roofing! Your company left a permanent impact on our community, and now a trusted vendor for our community."

"The process went extremely well, they made the necessary facia repairs and installed new gutters/downspouts. Workmanship was excellent, I appreciate they kept me informed throughout the entire install. I will recommend Gutter Creations for all your gutter repair/replacements."

"Awesome work. They did exactly what we agreed on. High quality work using high quality materials. On time, courteous, professional, no games or problems. This was a big job - I had a lot of rotted trim and siding to replace, and they did it all very well. I'm really glad I went with ProPerformance Painting."

"We have hired Perfection Roofing and Siding multiple times, including having them replace all of the siding on our home. "Perfection" being in the name is very well deserved. Even other contractors have commented on how good the siding looks. No one else will touch my siding or paint my house, full stop. Russ is a gem of a human being. He's responsive, fair, and even managed to introduce us to the adoption agency we got our dog from. His warranty is gold. If you raise a question or concern, he's going to make it right even years after the works is complete. Hire Perfection Roofing and Siding."

"The process was very Professional. Greg came out and evaluated my old shingles roof and gave me a price to install a new metal roof. He was very informative concerning my change over from a shingles roof to a metal roof. Greg explained the step by step installation process and the warranty that was included. After an agreement was confirmed, I was always notified with everything from the material drop off date and time to the actual installation date and any delays.. Will definitely use Southern Signature Solutions in the future for other Home Projects!! Wonderful Customer Service! Thank You Mr. Greg Carter And Crew!! MY NEW ROOF LOOKS GREAT!!"

"We just used Bear Mountain Custom Painting to completely repaint the exterior of our house, including restaining our back deck and fixing wood rot issues on our cedar shingle siding. The work quality was exceptional from the entire team, starting with the sales coordinator (Zach). We had received several estimates from other companies and Bear Mountain was right in the middle, but we chose Bear Mountain because of their superlative reviews and the expertise that was immediately conveyed by Zach (who did a much more thorough survey of the house for wood rot issues, and also knew correctly that cedar siding needed to be stained rather than painted). Whereas other companies proposed just filling in wood rot with Bondo, the philosophy at Bear Mountain is that to make a durable repair, the rotten wood should be removed completely and replaced with rot-proof materials (PVC or pressure-treated wood). Having had previous bondo repairs of wood performed by the preceding homeowners fail, we were really impressed with the excellent carpentry work performed by Bear Mountain Custom Paiting. The work crew, led by Higi, was fantastic. Higi was a wonderful communicator, and any issues (like windows painted shut) were immediately rectified. Due to cold weather and rain, the crew couldn't work for several days, and this was always communicated to us in a timely fashion--they then would often bring a larger work crew the next day so as to finish the project on time. We were thrilled with the quality of the final work, as the house looks fantastic and we are confident that it will remain in excellent condition for years! They took care to clean up the site thoroughly at the end of the job, and took extra precautions to make sure that our exterior cameras were fully protected. This is an honest company of exceptional professionalism, and we would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to others."
