"We moved into a new home on Jan 3rd. It has rained quite a bit and led to a repair performed by the homeowner failing, resulting in a leak by the 11th (a Saturday night). The repair has been through at least 2 very heavy rains so it looks like the repair worked and I saved a ton of money. I have already referred them to a friend who may need a roof."
