"I was looking through several flooring companies and settled on Bel Floor based on user reviews from different sites. I have had mixed results from past flooring companies that I was a bit cautious at first. My initial call with Edward was very detailed explaining how he processes every project he has done. He also gave an estimate the following day based on the square footage and type of refinish work I needed. We scheduled for the day they would come out to start the job. A week before the start date, Edward informed me in advance that they may be a day late due to a large project they had to finish. They were doing work at the Governor’s Mansion! However, they were able to start on schedule since his brother, Robert, came to start the refinishing process at the scheduled date. We gave Robert six stain options that we wanted to see on the floor. My wife was not satisfied with the look so we asked for six more stain samples. They were both very patient with our decision as they understand that this is a big investment for their customers. Edward and Robert explained the process of choosing the right stain and gave advice along the way. We decided on stain mix of two parts Weathered Oak and one part Classic Gray on red oak floors. From start of their work to finish, Edward would let us know the situation and would get feedback from us if he and Robert encountered anything that would be questionable. We were part of the decision process throughout the four day job. The fact that they continued to give us updates and would contact us in cases where they wanted our input was very impressive. They wanted to make sure there were no surprises and most of the decision made was by us. It’s rare these days for companies to do this. The first time we walked in and saw the new floor finish, we were stunned at how beautiful int looked. Robert and Edward were also able to closely match the stair baluster posts and handrail with the floor stain. They gave us advice on what to use and how to care for our new floor. We are so happy we used Bel Floors that we will definitely use them again for our primary and investment properties."

"Jim and his team did a great job replacing the carpet and LVP wood floors in a newly bought home. They were patient, flexible with added requests, and had excellent customer service. I will definitely be using them again for future projects."

"Our older hardwood floors were looking tired, scratched, and completely worn down from years of family life, and we were dreading the thought of a full replacement. Breakthrough Flooring came to the rescue with their dust-controlled floor refinishing service! They brought out the natural beauty of the wood, helped us find that ideal warm neutral cinnamon tone with zero orange undertones, and applied a protective finish that looks glass-smooth. It literally feels like we moved into a brand-new home without the cost of new installation. Absolute masters of their craft!"

"We absolutely love our new floor by Footprints Floors of East Atlanta. Kevin took the time to listen to our concerns. We wanted a particular stain on the floor and Footprint Floors came through. I was on a business trip when the floor was completed, but I could tell by the excitement in my wife's voice that floor looked amazing. I was impressed upon my return home. Thank you, Footprints Floors of East Atlanta. I totally recommend them."

"Bruno and his team were incredibly detailed and professional. We had the floors of our entire upstairs, basement, and stairs redone, and we love the results. Whenever we refinish our main floor we will go back to Bruno. He was patient with us as we changed our minds on floor styles, and he followed up to make sure his team did exactly as was promised. 10 out of 10."

"Excellent job refinishing our wood floors and stairs! Very meticulous in their approach. Highly recommend!"

"We hired Filipe and his crew to refinish our hardwood floors on our main level and replace our carpet upstairs. From beginning to the very last minute he was superb - the BEST contractor we have ever worked with for any job EVER! He is professional, knowledgeable, reliable, efficient, personable and accountable. It took us 4 days to decide on a custom floor stain and after several samples and resanding, Felipe recommend something that was EXACTLY what we wanted - it was like he read our minds! He was patient throughout and never made us feel rushed- our satisfaction was his ultimate concern. He and his crew are top notch and we wish we could hire them for other contracting jobs because they have set the bar that frankly will be very hard to beat. THANK YOU Felipe!!!"

"We were absolutely thrilled with Footprints Floors! Noel and his team removed the existing carpet in our carriage house and our basement, and installed various types of ceramic tile, including a floor-to-ceiling tile backsplash in the carriage house kitchen. This was an extremely large job with a ton of complications (none having to do with Footprints - things like weird wiring in the carriage house kitchen, uneven and cracked subflooring in the basement, etc.) but they handled everything professionally, and for a reasonable price. I especially appreciated their willingness to go above and beyond to solve problems -- at one point, they even brought in an electrician to fix a wiring problem they discovered! As for our new floors, the craftsmanship and installation work was incredible - they did a great job, and the finished product looks amazing. Moreover, the workers arrived promptly, cleaned up well, and were very friendly. Noel showed up to check on their progress every day, and provided me regular updates; for a massive project, they made it all as seamless and stress-free as possible. I just wish Footprints did more than just floors, because I'd hire them for everything - truly one of the best companies (and some of the friendliest people!) we've ever worked with, and we can't recommend them highly enough!"

"Modification roofing is everything you need to transform the look of your house. I was bored with mine, and my creative self was not satisfied until these professionals intervened. They have the best designer they work with. I love everything that they offer to us. I am legit looking for ways of reaching out to them once again."
