"Our house is Tudor style and built in the 80's. We have lived in it for 6 years, started noticing lots of wood rot and decided it was time to get new siding. We received 5 different quotes ranging from major companies to local businesses and went with Perfection Roofing and Siding. Russ came out and was very professional and patient educating me on all the different areas that needed replaced. He personally took me to 2 different houses that they completed and I got to speak with a previous customer. So far the siding has been removed and replaced in just a few days by Fabio and his team. They worked efficiently and even helped move our window to the center of the gable with no issues. Our house is also on the edge of a ravine, and they didn't blink an eye! We are in the process of having the paint go on, and are so excited to see the final result, it already looks great and it's not even completed yet. Russ has been on site multiple days to make sure we are happy or have any questions. We chose Russ with Perfection Roofing and Siding due to his knowledge, loyal team, and competitive pricing. We have been very happy and encourage anyone else needing work done to call Russ. Supporting a local business while updating the exterior of our home is a win-win in our opinion!"

"So I used Angie's List to narrow down my 3 main choices for a major exterior home improvement project. I got quotes from the 3, and decided on Make A Choice. It was definitely the 'right' choice. The work was done quickly and professionally. Great care was taken to cause little disturbance to neighbors who are VERY close in proximity to my house. Step 1: Siding: These guys were fast, and I mean fast. They blazed through the demolition of the old siding, vacuum sealed the sides, and put up my new hardy board. Just like that it was done and done right. Then it was painted (well) and the house began to look brand new. Step 2: Soffit: I almost didn't spring for soffit, and that would have been a big mistake. These guys did an amazing job on the soffit which now has the under siding looking amazing!! Most impactful thing I had done. All the neighbors are jealous! Step 3: Porch: I asked for a 'beefier' porch, and that is what I got. Amazing railings and new columns. I had them put a band about a foot down from the top of the columns and they really stand out now. The railing is double thick on the top and they are taller now, and the whole thing is the envy of the neighborhood. I also asked for a 'dental trim' and expected a strip from Home Depot or something. Nope. They custom made it, curved and impactful. Above and beyond. Step 4: Gutters: The gutters they installed go so seamlessly with the soffit that you can barely tell they are there! Beautiful and they put in a complete system where some needed gutters had been left out from the initial house build. The match to the rest of the house is uncanny. Step 5: Door: This they outsourced to a guy who also blew me away with a professional install and removal of my old door. Cleanup was done after each major renovation and at finish and everything was pretty close to "move in" ready. They did destroy a cement fountain, but patched it up so you could hardly tell. (I knew I should have moved that thing out of the way!) The only non-10 out of 10 would be the trim painting on the porch and windows, which got a bit rushed with bad weather, and even that gets a 9-10, with the only little things I could catch being quite 'nit-picky'. Overall, this company delivered in spades on the goods it promised and they were very responsive throughout the whole process. I would 100% use them again without hesitation for any other external house projects!! Priced competitively and delivering results that exceeded my expectations."

"Great quality work at a reasonable price. We requested a quote to replace a few missing shingles. Manuel scheduled an appointment for same day. We also found loose cement sidings. He explained the required repair/ replace process, gave us a reasonable quote and did not upsell for which we agreed. Next day he was on time and completed the work exactly as required. Had a great experience overall with this team and would definitely be calling them for future work."

"Honest person, helpful, great job"

"Make A Choice was challenged with a huge job on our 39 year old house and met it with fantastic quality work, service and skills. Our job involved rebuilding our entire siding chimney, replacing much siding and rotted work, reworking and painting soffits, new gutters, putting on leaf guards, misc. exterior repairs, rebuilding our front porch railings and painting the entire house. We were absolutely thrilled to see the A+ job they did, sticking to their bid, working quickly and with very skilled workers (best painting I've ever had). Chuck, our job manager, was on top of everything - he quickly made any requested changes or corretions, and was very knowledgable about all aspects of home construction. The owner was always there when the city came to inspect for permits, and the house was built to all the codes. We are not used to having such perfect work from uncomplaining constructions folks! Make a Choice was one of the best decisions we ever made - thank you Make a Choice!"
