"I have used Welsch many times over the years. I have always found them to be honest and competent. Most recently, they installed a new AC and furnace for me. The sales person was very helpful in providing advice as to what type of furnace and AC to buy (efficiency vs. price). My only complaints are for some repairs their prices are quite high, and on the furnace install, the installers could have been a bit neater and cleaned up the area where they were working. The bottom line is that I will continue to use Welsch."

"Bone Dry started the job early on Monday morning and was done by mid-day on Tuesday. All the old shingles were removed on both structures. Then the crew installed new shingles, roof vents, counter flashing for both chimneys on the house, and new shingles on the garage. After the job was finished they did a very thorough cleanup of the ground around the house. I am happy we chose Bone Dry again to do this project. The new roofs look great and I am sure the buyer will be pleased."

"Prior to the work starting, Massey came out and did a very thorough job of explaining the work, the process, and the level of effort.  The bid layout was fantastic, including color photos of the chimney outlining the area they were going to rebuild, and a detailed explanation of what the costs include.  I did my due diligence and got several bids from the well known local masonry companies, and Massey's was right in the mix competitively.  What really impressed me about Massey was how they handled what happened next......as soon as they showed up and set up the scaffolding, I got a call from Matt telling me they had to stop work on the rip down because we had <b>BATS!!!</b>  Yes, bats were living in between our chimney and our flue and had wedged in there from the gaps in the brick mortar.  And so began a multi- week process for us to rid the bats before they could complete the chimney project.  Throughout the entire 4-5 week delay, Massey was so accommodating and patient during what was a stressful time for us to contract a pest solutions company to get the bats out so they could finish the chimney.  They left the scaffolding in place and kept in touch frequently with me each week so we could coordinate the project to re-start.  At no time did I feel pressure from Massey to "hurry up" with the bat problem so they could finish.  In the end after battling the rainy season, they finished up, and even picked up some additional work on the side of my house.  It all looks great.  VERY pleased with how Massey handled the project and the quality of the work looks great.  Mortar and bricks match the rest of the house as much as it could-  the brick on my house is not used anymore, so they got the best match.  Will use Massey for any masonry going forward, and recommend them to others.  Matt was very helpful through the process. <br> <br> <br> <br>"

"Excellent. Jason called ahead and arrived as scheduled. He diagnosed the gas system and located three leaks and a faulty valve. He repaired the valve, determined what was needed to stop the leaks in this very old system and went back to the office to get additional equipment and supplies. He returned, made the repairs, checked the system and gave me the OK to call the gas company. The gas company came out, checked the system and turned the gas on. I am very pleased with the quality of service, the courtesy and professionalism of Jason. and the comfort I felt in dealing throughout the entire process. "In late 2011, my boiler needed replacing. I was getting estimates, and my neighbor recommended Dawson-Dodd. Their bid was comprehensive and very competitive. Since my neighbor had such a good experience, I chose to go with them.We did run into some problems, when the manufacturer of the boiler changed the specs and we had to go with a different model. Even though the new model was a higher cost, Dawson-Dodd stood by their original bid (requiring no argument or negotiation from me). The new model took some extra labor time to get it up and running, and despite the hit to their bottom line, the staff was courteous and professional. I was impressed with how they worked to make sure I was happy and the system was working properly. All in all, a great company with a great group of employees. I was so happy with them, I used them in Spring 2012 for my a/c replacement. My only regret is it took me this long to write a review!"

"The provider was extremely professional.  He did two chimney's although I had originally only indicated service for 1 as well as did the tuck pointing for the one fireplace.  <br /> He walked me through in detailed all of the steps and reviewed with me all of the changes that they made and the service and additional costs were clearly indicated prior to work being completed.  <br /> After cleaning the chimney they clean up their mess and the one chimney that was in the basement had concrete dust from a sump pump I had put in and they cleaned that up too.  <br /> Additionally, he went back and corrected something he did not find to his standard even though I don't know that I would have noticed.  <br /> I would definitely recommended him to others. <br /> <br />"
