"Work was done more quickly than I expected, about three hours as I recall. It takes me at least 2 hours to vacuum the entire house. Carpets looked a bit better, and in their defense the carpets are eight years old, but I expected a bit more. Now a few weeks after, they look as they did before. They forgot the Scotchguard so we had to reschedule that, but they were very apologetic. The two young men who did the shampooing were very professional and polite, and I had no qualms about leaving them in the house when we left. I called them last week to let them know my concerns. They sent a gentleman out, who also was very professional, and he redid the areas of concern and they do look quite a bit better. Overall I would give them a B+.

"Adam was a life-saver for us! His team helped us replace 400sqft of carpeted area with high-quality vinyl plank flooring, including expertly adding plywood to make our floor perfectly level with the rest of the house. We started going down the road of trying to work with Home Depot, and realized far down that path that we couldn't get the quality of consultation and expertise that we needed for our new home. In our 11th hour, we called Adam who promptly came out the next day and personally gave us his expert advice on the job. His price was fair and absolutely in-line with competitors, but we instantly knew we could trust him and his crew to get the nuances that we needed completed. They were on time and on budget, and we're immensely satisfied with the quality of work they turned around. Could not recommend them any higher!"

"Fitter completed a two-day project on time, and the results are incredible. We selected pure white for the tub and shower, and the bathroom looks brand new because of these additions. Dave and Erin were very professional, and the ease with which they moved through the installation process was smooth and seamless. It was a great decision to upgrade! The home is 22 years old, and this new upgrade makes us feel like we are back in a new house."
