"We had all of the windows on our house replaced as well as a new front door and slider installed. They also replaced all of our casing and trim. Working with All Season Windows was great! The windows are wonderful and installation was quick considering it was 20 windows and 2 doors. They kept our home clean and We have noticed such a huge difference already. We love our new windows and will definitely be using All Season Windows again in the future when we need new siding!!!"

"Ok except two windows were miss measured and had to be installed ten days latter. Aside from that, the windows are of high quality and were put in with great care. The men who did the work were very courteous and cleaned up the work area and were attentive to little details and my requests to small adjustments I pointed out."

"Great value compared to some other offers we had. The guy who came to do the estimate was the owner, estimator, and installer. Several other companies tried to get our business but sent out slimy sales guys who tried to talk us into 40k worth of upgrades. No thanks. Express Windows just did what I asked, and didn?t try to make a bunch of offers regarding structural changes to my house to "update the look". I'm not made of money, I just needed windows. These guys did a great job.
The only reason I marked a B for quality is you need to understand the difference between trimming nail plates on new windows and what it can mean to water intrusion later down the road. I have a unique situation where my windows are under 3 feet of roof overhang so I'm not worried about it. I allowed them to trim the nail plates which makes the installation much easier. If the nail plates are not trimmed, the siding needs to come off to properly flash the window, which can basically double the price of the job. My windows are basidcaly sealed with a heavy duty caulk which according to Express Windows is a 30 year product. That remains to be seen and as a homeowner I will be inspecting at least yearly to verify it's holding up. This is a buyer beware situation. I'm not scared of it, but if you know nothing about home maintenance or window installation, I recommend you get a bigger loan and pay to have it done the idiot proof method. If you research the manufactures recommended install process, the nail plates should be retained. Basic rule of thumb, if you have water hitting any windows in a storm, the nail plates should be retained and the flashing needs to be robust. This is Washington after all. It rains here.
"

"Installation was very good, the crews were polite punctual and the finished product is perfect. That is the only reason I would return to Keystone Windows.
The service experience with Michan was awful. She was disorganized and didn't want to provide me a written quote. She had us come to the office to provide the quote and then showed up late and kept us waiting for over half an hour while she prepared the quote. She was taking phone calls all the while and made multiple mistakes requiring revisions. We had our baby along with us, so the waiting was very unpleasant and frustrating. She also made comments about our parenting skills that offended me.
The final insult from Keystone came when we received a notice of contractors lien from Milgard who manufactured the windows. This means that Keystone does not pay for their windows in a timely manor, so the manufacturer then threatens to place liens against the homes of their customers. No lien was placed, but when I called Keystone about it, they dismissed me and never followed through, implying that I was silly for being concerned about a potential lien being placed on my home. They never called me back on it.
All that said, the windows are very nice, the price was very good. They have a good product, but dealing with the sales end of the company was not pleasant.
"

"The repair scheduler. Theresa, was very helpful and friendly. She took note of where we lived and said that they had an employee who lived near us and could come by the very next day to take measurements for the glass. Dave stopped by our house on his way home and suggested that when the glass came in he would drop by and pick up the window and take it to the shop to be worked on there. That ended up saving us a bunch of money. He took three separate trips to our home "on his way home from work" and went out of the way to help us out. We really appreciate the way that DK glass took care of us.
"
