"Doug returned our call within a day and made arrangements for our first meeting.In our home he showed sames of his work, discussed our plans for our remodel and asked questions.He offered suggestions, and quot;have you thought about this?and quot; questions.A price was quoted and agreed upon. We paid one third and the balance upon completion.Doug then gave us a day when he would email us a preliminary drawing for our review and set up a following visit. After reviewing the drawings, our next visit with Doug in our home was mostly making minor changes, mostly new things we wanted done and a few details which were left out.
