"Brian came as scheduled to see the job and provided a timely quote.  Was not the least expensive quote but I liked his approach.  Of the three quotes I received, Brian was the only one that followed up!  The crew, including Brian, showed up early on the day agreed upon and finished the job in the agreed upon time.  Crew was professional, friendly and cleaned up the work area.  Brian was on site for part of each day of the job.  They worked around a pesky neighbor and worked with the surveyor who performed an incorrect survey to be certain that the fence was installed on the property line.  I would recommend Brian's Fence to anyone interested in a quality job at a fair price. <br />"

"Joseph was very punctual in providing the estimates and spent the extra time explaining all of the procedure to my wife on the 1st visit.  He was very professional and even though we had a $100.00 better offer for the same work from another Angie's List fencing company, we chose Jennex as my wife felt he was fair and professional. <br /> They came right on time for the date set to install fence. The one side went pretty good but the gate became a problem. One of the workers hit my sprinkler system when digging for the post and was not able to repair. He spent most of the day trying but could not get the repair completed.  He said he might return the next day (July 4th) but he did not. Was not a promise but a may so we did not think that was bad.  <br /> Saturday they did not show either as they had another job they needed to finish(still had not completed my job?) <br /> When they did come back , Joseph was with his worker. He decided that he could not do the repair on the sprinkler system ( it is hooked to the re-claimed water). Joseph asked my wife if she knew any one that could do the repairs. <br /> She provided Ezequiel from <strong> Fast Lawn Care </strong>(another A rated Angie's List provider) <strong>Ezquiel was at my home within 20 mins and completed the repair. He charged a fair price BUT Joseph required my wife to cover 1/2 of the cost. <br /> </strong> <br /> I thought that as <em>his worker hit the system</em> and was the one that made the problem that <strong>they should NOT have looked to us for additional money.</strong> <br /> All else went fine and I would hire again. <br />"

"The initial visit was prompt and the fence was installed as promised. The dog trainer did 1 session with the puppy, there was a problem with the fence, and the dog was getting a shock at an improper time. This required a followup visit. I had to call twice for this. They were then supposed to call me for a followup appointment. After waiting they failed to call me as promised, and again I had to pursue them. My sister was entitled to a referral check and it was necessary to call 3 Times to the manager regarding this. The product is good, but feel the customer service could use improvement."

"Nick was terrific and his Jason-and-son subcontractor team, along with a third worker, worked quickly and effectively. The only nitpick I have is that I wish FL Fence was clearer on their install timetable. When they said "two-to-four weeks" I thought that meant the work would be completed in that time frame. That really means they will get you slotted in their very busy schedule within that period. But the work was done on April 18 and considering I accepted the proposal and placed a deposit on March 10, that's an acceptable turnaround, especially given the service and price."
