"Technician Phil arrived as scheduled and took a great deal of time to explain the working of the washer.  He was a very knowledgeable.  After a thorough examination, he determined the problem was related to bad pump and clogged water tube.  Phil then made a call to price the parts necessary to repair.  It was determined that the replacement parts cost and labor was too pricey and as this was older model washer, we both agreed that it would be better to replace rather then repair the washer.  Phil cleaned up the work area before leaving.  Our only cost was the service call.
