They were very courteous, professional and finished the work on time. We were kept informed of the project status. The workmanship is flawless. We wanted a small stool built as an aside. It was made perfectly, exactly how we wanted, and they did not even charge us for it!! We will surely use they again. We very highly recommend them."

Communication was inconsistent from the beginning, and I often had to follow up multiple times just to get updates on my project. Timelines that were discussed were not met, and there was little proactive explanation about the delays. The quality of the finished work did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price. Some details appeared rushed, and I felt my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed professionally. Customer service goes a long way in this industry, and I did not feel valued as a client.
