"He came out and installed quickly. Clean work, respected my property, went over everything well. The only issue we had was the buttons on the box were really hard to push after it spent a full day in the sun. After some over the phone troubleshooting we figured out we just had to push REALLY hard on the buttons. Installer said this was rare and he's only seen that happen once after 3 years of the box being placed. He agreed to come out and replace the box at the next visit after we get our Husky Shepard mix use to his training and "fenced" area. My only suggestion would be to make sure the location has shade most of the day or have them mount the box inside the home. Highly recommend. Friendly and knowledgeable, and our experience has been great. Definitely cheaper than installing a fence with the prices we have on lumber right now."

He also walked me through the proper training procedure and how to operate the equipment. The company was accomodating to my needs, making changes in the pattern that varied from the original estimate ( which understandably increased price from estimate ) and due to the Thanksgiving holiday, returning to follow up with training separetely from the hardware installation. <br />"

"The fence was built more than 10 years ago. We had a second fence built by them at my father-in-laws. In both cases they were excellent. I contacted them in August about a taller fence, an estimator came out but I never received an estimate. The first time I called I was promised it would be sent out that night. Four other calls and was told I would receive it. Enough. I contacted another builder."

"It was excellent. They put in the fence originally and they were exceptionally careful and thoughtful of our plantings. They even repaired the fence that had gotten out of whack from taking out the fence from the corner. They even replaced two little spokes that had gotten bent. Dear don't go over the fence, they go through the fence. The quality was excellent."

"Excellent repair job with absolutely no complaints. This review is after posting a 3 star review a few days ago for not returning my phone calls. I was contacted on Monday and given an apology with explanation that the company had been short staffed and had tried to contact me earlier, apparently the call going to my Spam box. On 12-14-22, Tyler arrived at 11 AM and immediately went to work to locate the trouble with my underground dog fence. Apparently several breaks were located and repaired, about a 2 hour job. Tyler was very professional and apologetic for not getting out sooner and reduced my service bill by 50% for any inconvenience experienced. I tried to remove the earlier comments posted a few days back but was unsuccessful, thus this new review. Outstanding and pleased with the repair."

"The installation team arrived promptly on the expected install date. Installers were professional and courteous. No issues with the install process. Initial training session provided sufficient guidance to allow me to work with my dogs on a leash in order to get them accustomed to the system. After the follow up training session, the correction feature of the collars was enabled. After another 4-5 days the dogs were running around the yard unleashed but supervised. Both dogs are fully contained and unsupervised now. We are pleased with the Invisible Fence Brand system. <br /> Before deciding to go with Invisible Fence we spoke with two other providers as well. The primary factors that influenced our decision were our Pet Consultant's extensive knowledge of the product, customer references, and the features offered by the Boundary Plus system."
