"He came out and installed quickly. Clean work, respected my property, went over everything well. The only issue we had was the buttons on the box were really hard to push after it spent a full day in the sun. After some over the phone troubleshooting we figured out we just had to push REALLY hard on the buttons. Installer said this was rare and he's only seen that happen once after 3 years of the box being placed. He agreed to come out and replace the box at the next visit after we get our Husky Shepard mix use to his training and "fenced" area. My only suggestion would be to make sure the location has shade most of the day or have them mount the box inside the home. Highly recommend. Friendly and knowledgeable, and our experience has been great. Definitely cheaper than installing a fence with the prices we have on lumber right now."

"I wanted to give a big shout out to American Heritage Fence Company. They are a local family owned business that was an absolute dream to work with. Our new aluminum (wrought iron looking) fence is beautiful, meets all city and county requirements for a pool fence, and was installed in a couple of days. They always were prompt returning messages and showed up exactly when they said they would! They worked with us when we had to push back installation repeatedly due to delays in the pool construction and even came back a third day to install the last gate to ensure we could get our driveway poured first. "Kevin, the installer, arrived promptly at the time negotiated, and very efficiently installed quite a bit of wire around my large property. He also walked me through the proper training procedure and how to operate the equipment. The company was accomodating to my needs, making changes in the pattern that varied from the original estimate ( which understandably increased price from estimate ) and due to the Thanksgiving holiday, returning to follow up with training separetely from the hardware installation. <br />"

"The fence was built more than 10 years ago. We had a second fence built by them at my father-in-laws. In both cases they were excellent. I contacted them in August about a taller fence, an estimator came out but I never received an estimate. The first time I called I was promised it would be sent out that night. Four other calls and was told I would receive it. Enough. I contacted another builder."

"It was excellent. They put in the fence originally and they were exceptionally careful and thoughtful of our plantings. They even repaired the fence that had gotten out of whack from taking out the fence from the corner. They even replaced two little spokes that had gotten bent. Dear don't go over the fence, they go through the fence. The quality was excellent."

"Excellent repair job with absolutely no complaints. This review is after posting a 3 star review a few days ago for not returning my phone calls. I was contacted on Monday and given an apology with explanation that the company had been short staffed and had tried to contact me earlier, apparently the call going to my Spam box. On 12-14-22, Tyler arrived at 11 AM and immediately went to work to locate the trouble with my underground dog fence. Apparently several breaks were located and repaired, about a 2 hour job. Tyler was very professional and apologetic for not getting out sooner and reduced my service bill by 50% for any inconvenience experienced. I tried to remove the earlier comments posted a few days back but was unsuccessful, thus this new review. Outstanding and pleased with the repair."

"Installation and training went smoothly and the trainers were professional and did a great job. My dog ran through the fence twice after that and I contacted them but never received a return call. My dog did come back to me when I called him. Also, they did come down on price when I told them I was thinking of going with a competitor at a lower estimate."
