"Ed came out very quickly to inspect our roof leak and found the issue was with a poor repair near the chimney from the previous home owners.  Our chimney is very wide creating a lot of surface area for water to run up against.  He got me in the schedule very quickly and he did the repair right.  Installed proper water proofing and metal flashing and sealed it all up very well.
In the process of the repair, the crew accidentally damaged something down on the ground near the chimney.  I won't go into all the details, other than to say Ed went above and beyond to make it right.  Things go wrong.  What's important to me is a service provider that does the right thing in these moments.  Ed certainly did that and more.
