"Completely professional from the beginning! Great, I mean great communication and explanation in laymanâ s terms for those that donâ t understand (aka me). I didnâ t even have to be home, best prt! Also, open communication when it comes to any questions after the fact. Not only that, a warranty on the work! He replaced our line! At first I thought was just a clog! He came back a few days later with a camera (no charge) so we could see what was causing the issue. Sounds like nothing??? No it was something cause he didnâ t try and keep coming, he wanted to fix the issue and (for a lack of better words) dead the issue! And we did! Also, I didnâ t feel like a â stupid girl!â I understood based of the explanation and pictures what was happening! Like I told him, Iâ ll be keeping him locked in to refer others. *THIS IS NOT A PAID ADVERTISEMENT * ð ð ¾"

"PlumbServe performed as they promised and as you would like all businesses to. They answered the call on a Saturday afternoon and scheduled the repair for Monday morning. The guys called 30 minutes ahead of their arrival and then showed up on time. They completed the repair without any drama, they showed what they did and that everything worked again, and cleaned up before they left. Based on my experience I would confidently refer PlumbServe to family, friends and my real estate clients."

"The technician, Steven, was very polite and friendly and knowledgeable about my plumbing issues. He was going to provide an estimate, but I discovered while he was at my house that the work was covered by my builder."

"I'm glad that I chose JD Service Now. I'm planning on working with them, and David, the service man, again. I was impressed with his preparedness, ability and willingness to replace rather than repair the older fixture. Given the option it made more sense and he was ready. Thank you..."

"They do not work with well sump pump"

"I have to be honest, I have been selfishly putting off leaving this review because I didn't want everyone knowing what a gem Edwin from PK Plumbing is. Edwin has come to our rescue WAY too often in the past year or so. Most recently, we had a massive leak in our crawl space which had apparently been going on for a long time before the pipe totally split. Edwin squeezed us in to come out and get the leak sorted out. Unfortunately, it took a couple of days because as he fixed one area, another would spring a leak. (Darned aging Polybutylene piping!) Edwin is extremely professional and definitely knows what he is doing. He is honest and friendly and doesn't charge you an arm and a leg like some companies would. We are fortunate to have found him and hope that he stays in business for a long time to come. I am pretty sure we will have to utilize him on a regular basis as the piping slowly fails in our house. (Unless we win the lottery to get all the pipes replaced in one fell swoop! We can hope! :D)"

"System was installed on time as scheduled. Customer service was great, all questions or concerns were addressed. Would recommend the company to anyone with water leaking in basement."
