"I needed to do a full remodel of 3 apartments that I manage. I was flooded with calls from different contractors that wanted to come out and quote the job. Fred is the owner and most of other contractors would have someone from the sales office call me to setup an appointment, it was refreshing to hear from Fred from the start. Fred quoted me out my remodeling job with precise and detailed pricing, that included breakdowns for each scope of job. Then he and I had a phone call to go over each item and made sure everything made sense. Fred’s team of workers including himself were all great. His team was on time each day and cleaned up at the end of each day. They always listened to my concerns and always explained any changes or issues that came up to make sure I knew what was going on. Fred was often working on the job site along with his team. Very refreshing these days. Fred and his team finished my remodel close to our expected end date. I was so happy with the work of the first 3 units, I asked FSP to do another unit when a tenant moved out. That job was completed even faster as all the kinks were worked out from the first 3. I went to Deer Creek, 7 Hills and graduated with a Bachelors at Sonoma State in Accounting. I also hold a Masters in Coaching and Athletic Administration from Concordia University Irvine. My family is filled with contractors in a variety of industries. As a former collegiate athlete, staying active with my profession was the only option. I have a passion for construction.
