"This is the second time that we have used NGL. First time was for our patio. They did an amazing job again. We removed a diseased hedge that was on two sides of our house. NGL was hired to expand our backyard including a privacy fence. They installed a beautiful retaining wall with fencing to match the rest of our yard. We have already received numerous positive comments about the new wall and fence. We are thrilled. They also installed a sprinkler system and new sod. Throughout the process they ensured our needs were met and made many helpful suggestions just as they had with the patio. Their work is exceptional and their skill is outstanding. They are a fantastic team. We have already been asked by 5 different people walking by for info on the company."

"They were able to the job much sooner than the time arranged. Over a month sooner! Price was very good. The installed thick stone stairs on incline. They look beautiful. The only thing I would do differently is to have a sketch drawn up of the planned work to be done. We had them relay a slate Garden Path and add a seating area.. they did a really great job laying it, it just ended up to be different than what I had wanted.... but was laid well. We also have them put in a 35 ft French drain in an area that had poor drainage and I have tested it and is working very well. They also moved part of our irrigation system and made sure it was running properly. I would definitely use them again and I plan on using them again. Hard-working and good workmanship."

"Sta-Built Construction can do it all! We wanted to make our back yard more livable with a solid foundation for a hot tub and gazebo. We were hoping to make better use of wasted space below our dining room window where nothing but weeds grew well. Brian was the estimator who sketched out a design that not only created a lovely outdoor space, but also incorporated the existing foundation wall into a new retaining wall. The plan also included a paver patio, seat wall, fire pit, and lights. The crew was friendly, polite and hardworking, even in the midst of a record breaking heat wave. They demolished the old concrete patio, built a landing from the existing steps, and moved sprinkler lines. They paid attention to details, taking frequent measurements to ensure accuracy of the construction. Ben was the project manager, checking often on the crewâ s progress and occasionally offering a helping hand where needed. He was very approachable and quick to respond to our questions. Sta-Built is a professionally run company with creative minds and skilled workers. We were kept apprised of the scheduling date through the Sta-Built App, which we found helpful for tracking the project stages and making payments. The bid for the amount of the work done was competitive with other companies. We trusted Sta-Built to do the job right, and they came through with flying colors. We love our new outdoor space and wouldnâ t hesitate to hire them again for a future project."

"It was A+++ service from quote to finish. We had stairs and walkways and patio paved. Michael was most helpful in helping us choose excellent design choices and Danny, Alain and Martin ( the crew) were wonderful. Martin is a master craftsman with unusual attention to detail and design. The project started and finished in expected time. We were consulted every step to ensure we were happy. "French drain installation along a retaining wall (75 yards). Thomas who handled the sales end of things was friendly and responsive. The crew showed up on time. They were hard working and receptive of customer feedback. They first removed the ivy that was obstructing the work area and then completed the trench on day 1 which uncovered some of the unwelcome water sources. A legacy footing drain was plumbed directly into the main french drain pipe. Perpherated pipe was dropped in on Day 2 followed by river rock, catch basins, and 3 ft dry well installation. Cleanup was done thoroughly. I would hire them again in a heartbeat."

"I hired Domenic to replace the “cheek walls” beside the front steps on my 1923 house. The originals had been removed at some point and replaced by two arborvitae trees. Domenic did an exceptional job. His work was meticulous and the job turned out just like we had hoped. The house now looks like a picture we have taken in 1939. "We decided our landscaping needing a total refresh and we hired Grassland-Synthetic Turf to build three large stone raised planter beds. Clay was my main point of contact and he was wonderful. After making the initial request for a quote, Clay came out quickly to give me an on-site estimate. In addition to providing a quote for the planter beds, he also gave me a bid for replacing our lawn with turf. Although I would have LOVED to get turf as well, it just wasn't in our budget at the moment. Clay was able to get us scheduled for the planter bed installation two weeks after I received the initial quote. He also came to do a walk-through ahead of time because I wasn't going to be home on the first day of the install. I felt confident that he knew exactly how I wanted the project to be completed. Communication with Clay and the crew was great. If they had any questions or suggestions, they would call or email (depending on how time-sensitive the question was) and get things squared away quickly. The crew worked extremely hard and did fantastic work. The total install took 3 days and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. The crew also cleaned up everything when they left...our yard was definitely cleaner than before they started! Several of my neighbors have told me how much they like the planter beds. We just got the plants put in today and everything looks great!! I'm so happy with how this project turned out and I'm so glad I hired Grassland to make it happen! And maybe someday I'll get that turf..."

"AQ Pavers did an outstanding job. I have two old cracked brick fences, a column in pieces, and two columns that are about to fall down. I interviewed three experienced brick layers and none of them would touch the job. They said that they couldn't possibly rehabilitate the old brick to rebuild the column nor could they patch the fences. They said that the job was just too difficult. Then I called AQ Pavers. Ana, the owner, came to my house, looked at all of the cracks and crumbled bricks and said that we can do it. No doubts, no complaining. Her estimate was reasonable and in a week Martin, the brick mason, came to my house promptly on time and fixed everything that I wanted fixed. He is a master of his trade and unusual among brick masons because he can rebuild old and broken brick fences and piers that are considered unrepairable by other brick masons in the area. He made everything he did look easy. The end results were great. My brickwork now looks wonderful."
