"Paul, the owner, was terrific. I needed to replace a rotting wooden rear entry door with a new ThermaTru fiberglass door. I also wanted to add a storm door to the same entry. Paul came over and inspected the site and we ordered both doors in late December of 2021. The doors arrived several months later and Paul came out for the installation. He was great. He was clearly a meticulous and experienced professional who knew his stuff perfectly. After several hours he had completed the installation of both doors. They look and work great. "When the tech came to install on Oct. 9, it turned out that the wrong size door had been ordered. So he left and our installation date moved to Nov. 18. Vasiliy came and did a good job installing the new garage door. The only beef I have is that the sales rep, Mike, did the math wrong on our sales contract. He missed adding the door opener so the overall quote was $400 less than it should have been. Learning experience for me: check the math! Argh!"
