We bought a rustic cabin, with no water line, drainage, vents, etc. for most appliances (including a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and fridge). He installed the plumbing and ventilation systems for ALL THREE appliances, and also fixed a leak in our sink. Not to mention he fixed a problem we had assembling the pipes for a new bathroom vanity.
