The price quoted prior to job was price unpaid upon completion. He took the time to set up my car to the garage openers and he cleaned up and took parts etc with him. Lisa is the office was also very kind and helped schedule the visit in a timely manner. i would highly recommend saugus door. Beware of other companies that you can’t identify."

If I am about to drop a couple thousand on a new garage door amd opener I should be able to get a detailed breakdown on the estimate. Instead, I get an estimate with a vague description of the work to be completed. When I ask for the detailed estimated I literally get no response. I would not do business with this company. This is an example of how bad communication can cost a companies potential customers. They should do better. Will never turn to this company for any garage door needs."
